He might not be Tony Stark, but the SpaceX CEO is not entirely dissimilar to the comic book billionaire
Ever since Musk met with Secretary of Defense Ash Carter on Wednesday, speculation has been rife over exactly what the pair had been meeting about - especially after Musk himself later posted up a Tweet in relation to the mystery which read
"Something about a flying metal suit...".
But is he really working with the Pentagon to build a real-life version of Tony Stark's famous flying exoskeleton or was his comment little more than a tongue-in-cheek reference ?
Sadly, in this particular case, it is far more likely that Musk was only there to discuss his plans to launch a new military satellite designed to bolster GPS services.
That said however, with the Pentagon currently showing a renewed interest in innovation, it is not outside the realms of possibility that an Iron Man suit wasn't at least mentioned at some point.
