Does anyone but me see the CAT FACE? It is just behind the seaweed "hair"? See it??? Scrunched shut eyes, cute nose sort of like a "Y" with the tail of the Y going into its mouth?? The tongue hanging out, sandy and dirty, it has no ears to speak of,but it is still cute. Then next to my cat is a sort of political cartoon style guy, and some other odd face next to that. I think someone found the body of a turtle or some other fleshy creature, then put the skull at the top of it, then drapped the seaweed over the skull then took the picture!! IF YOU found some weird creat...

It looks very, very much like a seal, we get seal carcasses wash up alot around here and in various states of decomposition and they can look a little weird.
