Is the colossal squid really a monster ?

Its one of the largest and most mysterious creatures on the planet, but how much of a monster is the colossal squid ?
Longer than a school bus the colossal squid lives in the coldest, deepest oceans of the planet making it very difficult to study. New research however has revealed that rather than being like the Kraken of legend the colossal squid might actually be more of a passive creature, hunting its prey by waiting for it to come close rather than chasing it down.
Measuring longer than a school bus and sporting tentacles covered in razor-sharp hooks, the colossal squid is the stuff of nightmares. However, new research suggests the enormous sea creature may not be the fierce hunter of legend.

" Is the colossal squid really a monster?" think about it...the question itself is meaningless..to one persons interpetation it might be....to another person not...neither ones opinion is right or wrong...it's just a "personal" opinion with no yes or no answer being correct...so why ask a question that either a yes or no answer is neither wrong nor correct? So what are you a nut?

But didn't it attack a boat? Or was that the jellyfish?

The biggest animal in the world, the Blue Whale, doesn't hunt. It swims along filtering krill from the sea. So. . . the whole sluggishness idea on the Colossal Squid ain't surprising. Also, the question is answerable with a yes or no, because monster's just another word for predator.

Wonder if they're tasty. Yeah, they're just like giant deep fried rubber bands.
