Immense crocodile photographs unveiled

A massive crocodile measuring over 22ft in length was killed after terrorising a remote Aboriginal community.
Up until now rumours had circulated about the creature but nothing concrete had surfaced, it is now believed the 1997 until it was finally killed by local farmers. It has been warned creature reigned in the area back in however that two even larger crocodiles are thought to still be living in the region. For picture see full article link.
Even Crocodile Dundee would think twice before tackling this monster. At 22ft from its snout to the tip of its tail, it’s as long as a truck and terrorised locals in a remote Aboriginal community in Australia’s Northern Territory.

I used to laugh at scyfy...but this is exactly what one would be in those stupid movies...can't believe it...more so its like the movies bc there are believed to be 2 more holy croc!

they shoulda tranquilized it,captured it alive and put it in a zoo, could of been quite the spectacle I agree. It seems a shame to shoot it when it could have been safely contained somewhere. What a face! Hope they got some close ups. One picture? I don't know, does not look like a 22 footer to me. We'll get a better feeling for that if someone can identify the model of the truck next to it.

It shouldn't have been shot nor put in a zoo, that was one of the last dinosaurs on this planet, it deserved to be put in a reservoir or protected area. Still I understand that nobody would want to be around a gargantuan p***ed off 6,5 meter croc.

We'll get a better feeling for that if someone can identify the model of the truck next to it. That is the first generation Toyota Land Cruiser, not really a full size truck. The wheel is probably a 16 inch wheel. Or lets say it's 20 inch wheel. And the kid, probably 4 feet tall? I say the croc is only 16 feet or 17 max.

That is so huge! Iam glad I live where they don't! I know its a shame that they had to kill it but it just couldn't stay out of the human population. Once all the cattle where gone it would have just started eating the people. Was there any people who lost their lives to this guy? Rocketgirl

That is the first generation Toyota Land Cruiser, not really a full size truck. The wheel is probably a 16 inch wheel. Or lets say it's 20 inch wheel. And the kid, probably 4 feet tall? I say the croc is only 16 feet or 17 max. Was about to say the same. That's around an '82 landcruiser. Which were right around 12 feet long. 156 inches

I say the croc is only 16 feet or 17 max. I agree with you on the size. The pick up truck is only around 15 foot long and the crocodile is only slightly longer than it.
