A family of gypsies have been arrested after scamming victims out of a staggering $40m.
The scam involved warning victims that if they didn't follow their advice then disaster would strike them or their families, large sums of money and valuables would then he handed over in the hope of averting their predicted misfortune.
Prosecutors say a South Florida family of gypsies amassed $40 million in a fortune-telling scam, warning victims that if they didn't follow their advice, terrible things would happen to them or their loved ones.
