One of the best UFO photographs ever taken was hung on the wall at the MoD for several years.
The photograph was part of a series of six images taken by hikers of a strange diamond shaped object hovering in the skies over Pitlochry, Scotland in 1990 for over 10 minutes while accompanied by two Harrier jets. UFO investigator Nick Pope noticed the photograph when he was first interviewed at the MoD for the role of chief of the Ministry of Defence's UFO office.
"I went in for an informal interview, and anyone sitting in that office found their eyes drawn to that image," he said. A few years later however both the poster and the original negatives had all but vanished, so what happened to them ?
