Robbie Williams to build UFO spotting base

The former 'Take That' singer believes White Rock Island in California would be the ideal location.
It is believed that Robbie is hoping to purchase the 1.3 acre island so that he can construct a luxury resort from which he and his wife can watch the skies for signs of extraterrestrial visitors. During a visit to the island last year he'd found that the low light pollution and clear view of the night sky provided an ideal location for the project.

The singer has often been associated with UFOs due to his keen interest in the subject. During his sabbatical between 2007 and 2008 he was alleged to have devoted his time to pursuing the phenomenon and is said to have witnessed a UFO three times.
Robbie Williams is reportedly set to buy White Rock Island, California, with plans to turn it into a base for spotting UFOs.

The singer has said that he has seen UFOs before, and is reportedly willing to pay $659,000 (£414,778) for White Rock Island.Meanwhile, Williams is set to release a brand new solo album this autumn. 'Take The Crown' will come out on November 5. His ninth studio LP was recorded in Los Angeles blah blah blah.... A cynic might suggest that Robbie Williams PR people figured that a quirky UFO island story would be a guaranteed way to get Robbie back in the news so that information about his bull**** new pop album could be spread at the same time to the 3G demographic (Gays, Girls and Grannies).

I wouldn't. I already live in a great no light pollution area. And there's no fake stars. Just real stars.

Well I certainly he’s better at picking UFO viewing spots than making music.

Interesting. Spread a little dirt around the rough spots and you could have the World's largest strawberry planter! http://www.panoramio...sc&user=1163349
