I lived in Pahrump, Nv., the only town in America (I would assume), that has the population of more than 42,000 people and is not incorporated;still run by a town board consisting of 6 "Good Ol Boys". Had the same Sherriff for 13 years with plenty of corruption to go along with it. But Area 51 is very close to this town, where for the first few years the one and only grocery store Smiths Food King required you to have a "Fresh Value Card" to purchase anything.. the only hardware store and pharmacy soon followed suit with this card thing.
