Re-examining the Greifswald lights

user posted image rSam Willey: On August 14th 1990 thousands witnessed a formation of seven luminous lights over Greifswald, Germany. The lights hovered in position for 30 minutes over the Baltic Sea near Peenemunde, the former Nazi V-2 rocket construction site and near the Nuclear Power Plant Greifswald.

Among the many eyewitnesses were Russian nuclear physicist working for the installation.

man thats weird, there were 2 clusters of lights,......i wonder what they were...to be honest if i saw a cluster of lights like that my telescope would be the first thing to come out.

That's smart, and makes me wonder how many UFO's have ever been viewed through a telescope. It looks like some would have been caught over the years.

These remind me of some that appeared over Mexico City.
