Didn't watch the video, but it would seem that such a feat would require an impossibly thorough knowledge of a dinosaur's DNA.

I think it was oriented to the parents of the 6th graders, as you hear him say, hopefully by accomplishing this it will create more awareness of developmental evolution and biology. Also Soul Kitchen - they are using the same hypothesis of finding our own evolutionary DNA tract through DNA regression to "de-evolve" the chicken to it's ancestral "dinosaur" state of evolution.

i think dinosaurs werent extincted i think they evolved into bird
