No one has ever been hurt by it, right?

No one has ever been hurt by it, right? People have been rarely reported to be hurt by paranormal events, but almost every report shows they get to freaked out to wait around and see if it'll hurt them too. So you can think of it as one of the ultimate tests of courage if you'd like.

I have been there SEVERAL times. I have seen it every time I went. It is not a farmer or mirrors. I am not sure what it is but it will scare the crap out of you! Like I said to the other people that have claimed to see it. Why have you never once thought to film it? If you've been several times and seen it every single time then why have you nor your friends filmed it? Go back, film it and show us on here, I'm sure I'm not the only that would love to see a decent video of this. I don't get it, it's the first thing I'd think of when going.

There is a video on Youtube. Someone else on here says its a fake but I have been there and it is not a fake.

That's the link, but I was saying it's an obvious fake, not real. There are a couple of lights in the distance, nothing really happens and then suddenly at the end a really bright light appears and nobody in the car reacts to it and the camera goes off. Looks really fake to me. The video looks pretty much like what I saw when I went a couple weeks ago. For us the light didnt get that bright like at the end of the video but that is the way it happens and looks. A few of my friends have been there 5 to 10 times a couple times they didnt see it at all. And once it got really bright like in the vi...

A light that bright would not reveal the stars that couldn't be seen in the rest of the video but if the stars had been seen they would have been drowned out.

It's interesting, keep going out there and film as much as possible,& compare the film, then see what the doubters say.

I need to address the freaked out thing mentioned presiously...When I went out there, we were freaked out for awhile, until we saw like 2 or 3 other cars on the road. Kids are ALWAYS around that road on the weekends, its not like some secret place. I could see being really scared if you are out there alone in a car, but that is usually not the case. I assume one of 4 trips you make to that old road, there will be other cars out there sitting with you. Paul the Walrus

Yep, popular place, especially at this time of year... And really really especially this weekend. It's pretty common for people of the Chicagoland and Indiana border to run all over the place Halloween weekend hitting creepy roads and sneaking into cemeteries. The cops are rather put out by all of this, and seem to be less patient than usual Halloween weekend.
