I saw a program on gyroscopes a while ago where this guy demonstrated lift. 2 guys carried this round heavy ball onto the stage it had extentions protruding from the top and the bottom.He set it spinning rapidly and then lifted it with one hand effortlessly.Apparently the ball by spinning at high speed created a vacuum around itself enabling the lift.
