Well, lets see...Adam and Eve have Cain and Abel. There's now 3 guys and a girl in the world. Do you expect the good Father to speak to what happened next? Either, Adam and Eve had undocumented girls and there was incest going on between the siblings, or, Eve eventually found herself with three men...I mean, that's all there was in the world right? Three guys and Eve... Figure it out. There's probably a reason Cain slew Abel... There can be no other logical conclusion. You gotta feel bad for the Padre...how can he discuss such sinful, yet utterly logical extensions of ... [More]

I'll give it a shot. Let's just hypothetically say that Adam and Eve, when created by God, were perfect in every way. Their genetic makeup lacked any errors or hints of disorders and diseases, syndromes or other birth defects. Their kids would be able to have children together without the problems of increased chance of birth defects. Their genetics didn't have the problems that we find ours in in the 21st century. Think of it like a copier making a copy of an original document. The copy of the document will not be as sharp as the original, but I'd still be able to read i... [More]

Trying to remember my bible. Cain killed Abel, and God put a mark on his forehead I believe. It also states that any who encountered Cain were to slay him, but somehow he managed to escape that fate, and wound up in the Land of Nod, and it was there he took a wife and i assume had children. Need to reread Genisis again. If i am remembering this correctly, then clearly there had to be other people around, else why put a mark on Cain and then say anyone who encountered him was supposed to kill him. Doesn't make sense. Also where did the people of Nod come from? They had to have come from som... [More]

ok, first of all, its clearly not "rubbish, trash, and fairy stories" to this guy as well as countless others. its fine if youre not religious at all - like i said, im not, either. but please be respectful of others peoples beliefs at least. second of all, i said i felt bad for him because hes obviously uncomfortable - he knows [or should know] as well as you and i that hed be ridiculed by some, so he shouldve known what he was getting himself into [not saying he didnt]. i agree with you there. however, i know that feeling. it sucks. so i still feel bad for him. welcome to um... There is a lot of confusion about the words 'Adam' with a capital A, 'adam' with a small a, and 'man.' The word translated as 'man' in the bible is really only 'adam' in Hebrew. The adamic line found in the bible is a special creation which was intended to dominate everything it encountered, including other human beings not of it's line. These are referred to as 'beasts of the field' in Genesis because they didn't possess adamic characteristics such as true conscience in the full sense. Cain had children outside of the adamic line. Seth ... [More]

no the mark was put on his head so no one would kill him or the curse would be 7 times as bad on them. in this case i think kill means murdered.
