Not a tornado effect at all. It was washaway from the storm that derailed the train. Ludicrous video title.

Freaky. I don't see a tornado though. Another thing of note is that the second train didn't have a cab. What's pulling it? It is also against any railway procedure to have two trains so close to each other on the same track. I'm going to go ahead and say this video is a fake.
