"Mr X", as he has come to be known, came forward quite unexpectedly in December 2005, posting a message to Bill Ryan on the Serpo.org website contact page.

This sounds just like Battlestar Galactica... would be great if it were true and we finally knew our origins but WHERE ARE THESE ALIENS? and why can't they just come to Earth and announce themselves and why hasn't anyone smuggled out any of this overwhelming amount of proof from the archives?

"I heard Mr. X passed away a few years ago. He was one of the big conspiracy buffs of the early 90's," That's a pretty huge statement to make. Do you have proof of that?

Yes, am searching for the reference for him. Also I might be thinking of Commander X. My bad, Am thinking of Commander X For those who follow current thinking on UFOs and conspiracy theory, the name Commander X is already legendary. His books and articles have captivated his readership for many, many years, as he provides vital information on the delicate machinations of the New World Order and the UFO/alien presence and their possible collusion in an effort to enslave the world to a degree that is not even imagined by the average person today.

Not one thing he's said that hasnt been floating about the net since the 90s'. Nothing new here. Anyone with even a general interest in Ufo's could make up the same info to a personal knowledge.

Back in the 90s, the 2012 phenomenon was barely talked about by anyone - including those already in this field, so this man discussing the 2012 period coinciding with massive sightings and landings around the world IS novel information.
