wow, such a epic fail...a weather balloon?...1500 rounds fired at it with direct hits...hahahahahaha. I believe in ufo's being here, but if its a fact then this is the only reason why there might be a cover up, we'd be defenseless against them

Well...that's what the narrator is saying. Who's the narrator? He's the guy claiming it was an alien, so where did he get his info? The actual news report doesn't mention anything about it.
