They're all "good", in that they're made well, include lots of drama, portray a speudo scientific author as an authority, overdramatize, and bald faced lie about things they speak to.
Personally, I have had a few qualms with the History Channel in certain area, and this sort of tripe is one of those areas.
Just the first 4 minutes of this "documentary" spelled it out clearly...
