Jup daring project and i think they still lack abit of funds but they will resolve it. Been observing their progress for some time.
The only bad side of this is one way trip, they said that later in time once operational, they will be able to return to earth. Still that will take alot of time.

There is no way that to can have a settlement on Mars in 10 years. 1st thing is builts a spacecraft for trip to hold on the poeple.bilding supplies and food. The trip is 6 to 8 long. to have to train for something like that. Great pipe dream
