This is a beautiful talk on our desire for intimacy, leading into the Eucharist, well worth the watch. This is a good video for Catholics, but also for non-Catholics to grow in understanding of what the Eucharist means.

The Rosary is a powerful way to pray. I have said the Rosary every day for years. It can keep one centered and focused throughout the day.
This is mostly for Catholics, but I know many non-Catholics who say the rosary and find it very helpful. Each person will pray in a unique way. The
