I am a 16 year old girl and am negatively obsessed about being haunted by a scary spirit or 'shadow'. the earliest experience I can remember was when I was about 10 years old in a different house and I was tormented by this figure. I remember going to sleep every night to then wake up late in the night to a 'grim reaper/shadow figure' opposite me in the other end of the room by the wardrobe. i would then in fear bury my head in the quilt and look up to find the figure slowly moving towards me. s
