Ok, so the title might not have anything to do with this blog, but hey.... At least its not some sort of advertising....

I thought I might update this mindless blog, since I havent done so for a few months.

I have done nothing but work seemingly since my last entry. The good news is I shall hopefully (along with thistle) be heading home for a couple of weeks in november this year, which should be great. On the minus side.... Jetlag. I think I just got over my jet lag from 2 and a half years ago lol Now im doing the trip there...AND back.

...think I shall spend at least one month trying to say everything with a scottish accent, so I can annoy my parents when I get back. I am annoyed ( well.... no I get female attention so maybe not annoyed lol) that I still have the same accent I came here with... though I seem to have picked up the habit of saying aye.

Oh... I have a bulging disc or something... in my back, which has made the last few months a lot of fun. Now I have to wait up to 6 weeks for a MRI scan. Yippee.

Now, whilst this has not been interesting in the least.... At least you can't say I don't try and stay informative... :P

Glad your getting a chance to go home, but I don't envy the plane trip, especially with a bulging disc....Back pain*shakes his head*, nothing to mess with...hope everything turns out o.k. with the back.

How long is the flight?

Lolling, Oh Aye Scottie! :lol: Ya know they are all gonna pick on you for having an accent. It's what happens. You'll be picked on for sounding Scottish in Oz and picked on for sounding like a real Aussie Bloke down on the Borrrrders. I'm sorry I shouldn't find this so funny but this is sadly reminiscent of my own life.

Go down to the waterfront and wave to my family for me. Don't be too enthusiastic though I don't want you to slip that disc.

Poor Subby. :(

Edit too add. Thistle's gonna love The Vic market :yes: Wish I was there to show her around.

Thanks Kis, one more place to take her... *writes it down*

The flight is about 23 or 24 hours, give or take a few hours for stopovers...

...So thats most likely around 60 there and back.

Pffft forget showing me around Kismo .... get yerself a plane ticket and we'll go shopping with tiddlyjen :P. Is it bad that I've told my family not to expect Xmas pressies this year cos I fully intend to spend every penny I've saved on myself *giggles*.

Hope Subby's mum remembers to remove every spider within a 10 mile radius of her house or you'll hear me screaming in NZ

OMG ! I need to get one of those ....... then when we get back home I shall make Subby wear it everywhere we go :D
