Shadow beings or shadow people is one of the more current popular discussed phenomena through the internet. Which is a reflection of the overall sheer number of people which have personally experienced such in their daily existence? Often times reported as most frightening while at other times exhibiting an almost curious nature and even reported occurrences of having maintained a defensive posture. No special time for viewing exist as they have been encountered both day and night, regardless the weather or even the seasons, while also not expressing an age preference affecting both young and old while such phenomena as poltergeist which is considered closely related to individuals which are mostly introverted and harboring deep-rooted resentment of a kind where the most affected age group has involved pubescent and older children.

This photo capture is that of a shadow being which was taken during the day in early fall which had chosen to tag along with me during an outing of which I was called into involving a family's haunting experience which had badly frightened them. My own experience with shadow being has been long and varied in almost feeling as if they were an extended family of sorts including having protected me on two occasions. Therefore I hold the existence of such anomalies in high regard while also venturing forth the opinion of their being more of a unique species as opposed to being written off as merely another representative of the deceased.

It's gonna sound pretty crazy, but they look more like dementors or that creature in the movie The Frighteners.

They move like that, too.

The ones I have encountered move about with incredible speed and yet are quite capable of physical interactions such as pushing an individual while gently touching another as it passed almost as a blur. Another time I witnessed were three dogs had all combined as a pack in defending their yard against a shadow being which had positioned itself within the corner of the property. All three dogs were acting quite defensively with the hairs from head to tail all standing on end all the while growling and barking savagely but curiously only coming to within three feet from the thing and no further as if there existed some type of a barrier between itself and the animals! After about a minute of this the shadow then suddenly turned to its left and swiftly ran at incredible speed all the while exhibiting what would best be described as human articulated motion, with all three dogs in hot pursuit, until the creature had run melding through the property border which was barbed wired fencing complete with thick bushed and thorn like shrubbery as is it had been passing through a clear pathway and where just as before the three agitated dogs had all stopped ubruptly once again to within three to four feet and would not approach any closer to where the creature had exited.

I call it "whooshing." They're impossibly fast and sometimes accompanied by a vibrational noise. They can go through the air, through walls, etc.

I think something weird about them that often puts me at odds with both believers and skeptics.

I think they're a part of us, and somehow we manifest them. They're not real in the same sense that other things are. They're dependent.

They can seem solid and they can touch you, but if you reach out to touch them, they dissipate like smoke.

And you can make them go away, just like with any accompanying phenomena (poltergeist, disembodied voices, etc.)

I did it with the LBRP and Middle Pillar, but really most belief systems have something that could work just as well.
