When I first arrived on UM there were a couple of guys here from OZ, I can't remember but I think it was Psyche 101 and someone else and they explained, with graphic images, what a "drop bear" was.  I've never seen Koalas the same since... :w00t:

The koala might seem friendly but it can be agressive it has very sharp claws and sometimes when you pick them up they pee and their pee smells very strong of eucalyptus.

Looks like a common Huntsman.  They're harmless.  It's the little ones like the Red Back you've got to watch out for.

I thought it was going to be a big one. Believe me when I say that they get much larger than that here.

The biggest I have had personally in my house had a span of just over 6 inches.

At least it wasn't a funnel web, Then I would be really scared.
