I have always had a very strong sense of intuition. But lately it has just gone crazy. It's like I'm seeing things and experiencing things that I never have before. I would have already check myself in the nuthouse had I not known there were other people that we're going through things like me. I just desperately need knowledge about this issue.

 

Sometimes these things can be caused by toxins in the environment.  You need to eliminate that possibility before anything else.  Do you have natural gas stove or heater?  Are you taking any medications? 

Go talk to your doctor. 

I would definitely talk to my doctor. This does not mean I think you’re crazy, trust me! I believe you! Saying the Lords prayer always helps me during times where you don’t understand what’s happening to you. Sounds like you have something going on. How old are you? Teens and young adults usually have experienced things like this. Don’t be afraid even though I’m sure it is, they actually feed off your fears. Even dreams!

Joseph, I agree with Sherrie that you are not crazy or nuts.

People are too complex to be put in one category.

Perhaps the root of the problem is mental...not physical.  Belief is mental.  If you were to come to a point where belief in Astral Bodies was completely displaced by the truth...perhaps the physical problem would also be displaced.

Astral projection is a mental exercise.  Why do you feel it is one worth pursuing?
