INITIAL REPORT:

July 20, Saturday - Time to be there: 3pm - Contact Person: Mr. S. Address to be at: Downtown Sacramento. Activity & History: Happened one year ago, occupant went to a strange party and from this party was cursed. His apartment is now haunted, voices are heard in the apartment and a slew of paranormal activity is going on. Needs investigation and cleansing.

 

INITIAL BRIEFING:

The occupant Mr. S says that on one particular night, he was laying in bed with his dog.  His dog got excited and started barking like crazy and then a dark figure appeared over his bed.  Mr. S says that it all started when he went to a party.  He didn't realize that the party was hosted by a Satanic cult.  The members were involved with an orgy.  Mr. S was repulsed on what he was seeing and that is when he got cursed by the party members.  The curse has caused his apartment to become haunted with paranormal activity.  The area where Mr. S lives at is near the former apartment of the SLA (Symbionese Liberation Party) and their hostage Patty Hearst.  The street in which Mr. S lives at was once a "ho stroll" back in the 1980s.  All kinds of riff raff lived on his street from prostitutes to pimps to johns to drug addicts to drug pushers to thieves.  A woman hitchhiking in 1978 on 16th and W was hitchhiking and was picked up by a killer.  Her ghost still haunts the hitchhiking area.  Mr. S. says that there has been so much activity, that he had the Berkeley Psychic Institute investigate his apartment.  Their psychic did a reading on his haunting.  Mr. S has seen a shadow dog near his apartment.  When Pelenta arrived her digital recorder automatically came on and she had a hard time shutting it off. 

 

HPI PARANORMAL INVESTIGATORS ROLL CALL:

Deanna Jaxine Stinson - Psychic Medium / HPI Co-Owner; Paul Dale Roberts - HPI Co-Owner; Pelenta Forrest; Randall Allan Johnson; Keith Wise; Dez Hiegel.  Deanna was the leader of the team called "Team Shapeshifters" made up of Paul and Randall.  Pelenta was the lead for "Team Eager Ghosthunters" made up of Keith and Dez. 

 

THE INVESTIGATION:

We had two areas to investigate.  The first round, Team Eager Ghosthunters investigated inside the apartment and Team Shapeshifters investigated outside.  On the 2nd round, Team Shapeshifters investigated inside the apartment, while Team Eager Ghosthunters investigated outside.  Team Shapeshifters captured a full on sentence EVP and an EVP that says Richardson.  Team Eager Ghosthunters captured the following words on the Spirit Box that were intelligent answers to the questions.  The answers were: Yes, Resonate and Show You.  Pelenta captured a Class A EVP that said "hello".  Deanna and I went into the bedroom and captured very minor EVPs, you could hear a conversation, but the words are unintelligible.  Deanna sees a little boy run across the living room floor.  Pelenta captured the sounds of footsteps running across the living room floor, validating Deanna's claim of a little boy running across the living room floor.   My peripheral vision saw a shadow in the bedroom.  I snapped a photo and captured the shadow figure.  The next photo the shadow figure was gone.  The outdoor EVP captured by Team Shapeshifters was 2 full on sentences and in one of the sentences is where we heard the name Richardson.

 

FINAL BRIEFING:

We concluded that with the EVPs, this place is truly haunted. Mr. C says that when he was initially cursed, it felt like he was being bricked up from his feet to his head.  Mr. C started hearing voices.  Deanna conducted a metaphysical cleansing and I conducted a Roman Catholic house blessing.
