Below is one of my first investigations of a home built over The Good Servant Orphanage and the things that occurred during our investigation of this home.  
After you read this old report, see the update far below.

INITIAL REPORT:
ATTENTION, ATTENTION, ATTENTION!
We have an investigation July 13, 2013, Saturday Time: 8:00pm
Home built over institution – The Good Servant Orphanage aka The Good SERPENT Orphanage – where they tortured mentally disabled children. Some of the tortures included lobotomy, injecting air into the children’s spine, slapping, hitting, waterboarding, needles under fingernails, plucking eyes out, skinning a child alive, taking out vital organs with no anesthesia, sleep deprivation, various shock treatment on the temple area and at times vital organs. It was reported that many children were ‘missing’, that they simply ran away from the establishment. I investigated MANY homes in this area! Here is another one! What amazes me is the fact that this institution was torn down because of the atrocities that took place inside to little children. Then with disregard for the dead, real estate developers decided to build homes on the property that once held The Good Servant Orphanage. It became unfortunate for new home owners that moved into their home, to later find out that their home is haunted. The same thing happened here in Sacramento, in the Pocket area. Real estate developers decided to build homes on top of a Portuguese cemetery. I have received so many calls of hauntings in the Pocket area and in Vallejo.

FIRST INVESTIGATIVE EVIDENCE BRIEFING:
Many orbs are captured. Orbs are inconclusive. The psychics are picking up on possible negative energy from previous owners. The psychics also feel there may be some energy attachment to the furniture. Investigators captured Class B EVPs of breath sounds, weird squeaking sounds and a possible child moaning. Rebecca captured a child humming EVP sound, garbled sounding EVP. Big Al captured a Class A EVP that says ‘oh yeah’. Some investigators with their own ears heard a moaning sound and someone saying ‘yeah’. Rebecca may have captured a full body apparition standing by the basement doorway.

SECOND INVESTIGATIVE EVIDENCE BRIEFING:
The possible full body apparition needs to be fully analyzed. Rebecca captured a white outline of what looks like a man. Jay Jay the occupant says she actually recognizes the figure. The EVPs, some are questionable, but the Class A EVP that Big Al captured while everyone was outside is undeniable. Big Al and his small team also captured some other EVPs and they need to be analyzed. EVPs can still be residual. I did not see any evidence of paranormal activity from The Good Servant Orphanage, but I do see evidence of past negative energy. This is from my stand point, I believe this home is haunted by residual energy. Of course I could be wrong. We will have to wait and see when everything is fully analyzed. I forgot to mention, that there were some K2 hits, sensor light came on – inconclusive. Wendy Maxam researched out some information and learned that the Bohemian Grove and the Knights Templar endorsed The Good Servant Orphanage. Members of the Bohemian Grove came to the opening ceremony of The Good Servant Orphanage. They referred it as ‘Hope on the Hill’. It is known that the Bohemian Grove participants sacrifice a plastic baby doll at the Owl effigy (present day) and it is rumored in the past that they would actually do human sacrifices. Just a thought..could the children from The Good Servant Orphanage be the human sacrifices that once took place? I mean, they are orphans, who would miss them? Also, why does the Vallejo city government hide the fact of the existence of the The Servant Orphanage? Why do they say that it never existed, but yet we find evidence that it did exist? So many mysteries exist and will the riddle ever be unraveled? Only time will tell.



UPDATE 12/2/2019
Thomas McGrine from San Mateo says that he was visiting his friend that lives in Vallejo.  I will call Thomas' friend Joby.  Joby makes claim that their house is built over The Good Servant Orphanage.  Joby is moving out of this house.  This is some of the activity that Joby and his wife and 2 children have witnessed.  1.  Cabinets open up on their own and will at times close on their own.  2. Kitchen light came slamming down on the floor.  3. Children screaming is heard.  4. Three children peeking behind a closet door was seen, the children were glowing.  When checking on the closet, the children were gone.  5.  A child ghost jumped on Joby's chest while he was sleeping and started hopping on his chest, the child ghost finally vanished in front of Joby's eyes.  6. Joby's wife's hair is pulled when she is in the bathroom.  7. Footsteps and feet running is heard throughout the house.  8.  One of Joby's children had their foot lifted in the air and was yanked off the bed.  The child fell to the floor hard.  

The family had their pastor bless the house and the blessing did not work.  The family is sick and tired of the haunting and are moving out of this house by the end of December 2019.
