  1. Past hour
  2. There are lots of street lights leading into our town along the new highway. It is amazingly bright along that road. My neighbor calls it the UFO landing strip. So far no takers.
  3. Mossad foreknowledge 911 attacks

So, a conspiracy in a conspiracy is what you're suggesting? Hmm, Agatha Christie move aside. Maybe he disclosed it because he felt it was the right thing to do and because of his rank people listen. Good luck to eliminate someone like that after he has spoken out.
  4. "It has taken more than 220 years but an order of monks at Grimbergen Abbey, producers of a fabled medieval beer whose brand was adopted by mass producers in the 1950s, have started to brew again after rediscovering the original ingredients and methods in their archives. "In a sign of the significance of the news for beer-loving Belgians, the announcement was made by the abbey’s subprior, Father Karel Stautemas, in the presence of the town’s mayor and 120 journalists and enthusiasts." 5. Psychic attack! Need help!

But it will give us a rest from your brain numbing posts.
  6. "Schools need to exchange Mozart for Stormzy as part of an "urgent transformation" of the music curriculum which would involve grime and hip-hop making their way into classrooms, a report suggests. "National charity Youth Music is calling for schools to shake up the way music is perceived and taught, following a major four-year research project. "The project found that more inclusive music-making, involving pupils’ personal music tastes as a starting point, helped improve attendance among disengaged pupils while supporting their personal and social development." 7. Its terrible to think they will still be posting vids/pics of a non existing, never existed big hairy creature long after we are all dead.
  8. "Ok to be gay" school lessons cause unrest

Sexuality is not politics. The reality is that, under UK law, anyone can love whoever they like, provided it's consensual. Schools have a duty to teach pupils 'British values', introduced by this government. Any issue you or these parents have is therefore with the law not the school. And we should not bow to pressure, no matter how vocal, to regress into a less civilised society. You can tell that just from looking? Remarkable! I mean, true, but still impressive.
  9. 80,000 bees found inside couple's bedroom wall

Very good that they were relocated and not killed. All it takes is 1 chemical on 1 bee to take down the whole hive, they transfer things very easily to each other. I've done pest control in the past and learned alot about them, they also have the strongest sense of smell on earth but they are in decline which is actually a global issue or at least it will turn into 1
  10. Britain now a harsh and uncaring country

https://www.theguardian.com/society/2018/sep/16/what-is-the-new-uk-poverty-measure-and-why-is-it-needed Why is a new measure needed? The existing measure, which sets the poverty line at 60% of median UK income, was abolished as an official measure in 2015 by the Conservative government (although it has been retained in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). Critics said this was flawed. It produced paradoxical outcomes, for example, when child poverty figures fell after the economy nose-dived after the 2008 financial crash.
  11. If it's on You Tube it's nothing more than click bait...Videos on You Tube are put there for a reason especially when it comes to Bigfoot and UFO's....If you were looking for conformation biased on it you would have done well to post it on a Bigfoot forum....I watched it and the first thing that struck me as odd as how the creature never heard you coming...Your not going to sneak up on a wild animal...We have house cats and I have tried dozens of times with sock feet on carpet to sneak up on them and cannot do it. Sure there is something there in your video no doubt..But the fact the creature never heard you makes the video suspect at best....
  12. Giant impact on the Moon

    "In the new study, scientists fed measurements from the GRAIL mission into a computer and ran 360 simulations of plausible cosmic collisions that could have caused the lunar asymmetry. "By "crashing" various-size objects at different speeds into the moon, they found that the most likely scenario to yield the weird lunar texture would have been a collision with an object that would have been about 480 miles (780 kilometers) in diameter."   13. "NASA is getting ready to launch living creatures to deep space for the first time in nearly five decades. "Agency engineers are putting together a briefcase-size spacecraft called BioSentinel, which will carry yeast cells into orbit around the sun to help scientists better understand the radiation environment beyond our planet's protective magnetic bubble."   15. Opening gambits in EU / UK exit negotiations;

May is just about to get savaged at 1pm GMT today over here latest Brexit Deal attempt. Its live on Sky News. I predict she will quit after.
  16. Britain now a harsh and uncaring country

I believe that the measure of poverty in the UK is - or was - anyone who earns less than 60% of the median income. The median income is around £23,000, so that means poverty is £13,000
  17. Loved your scathing reply and uncanny knowledge of my negligent upbringing. It seems you've failed though. Are you a big enough person to realise your shortcomings? Or must we highlight them further? What's happened, why are people not supporting your code-cracking skills now? https://www.gizmodo.com.au/2019/05/sorry-it-looks-like-a-researcher-didnt-just-crack-the-voynich-manuscript-after-all/
  18. "Sydney residents have woken to another smoky morning on Wednesday, as prescribed bushfires and near-record late season warmth prompted an alert from NSW health authorities over "hazardous" levels of pollution on Tuesday. ""Poor" to "hazardous" levels of air quality were recorded across parts of Sydney's east and south-west on Wednesday morning. Blue Mountains areas such as Springwood have had days of smoke from nearby fires." 19. I disagree. Addiction by definition means obsessive/compulsive behaviour. So even being addicted to something that would normally be good for you is still bad. And certainly addiction to fitness, for example, can lead to many problems (and even death).
  20. Here's something interesting. https://www.fool.com/amp/retirement/general/2014/09/07/how-to-become-a-millionaire-on-minimum-wage.aspx
  21. Today
  22. Actually,l think these days class is determined by the amount of time spent watching "reality" TV shows and using a mobile phone for anything other than essential phone calls. Which makes me upper, upper, superior class
  23. No survivors of Ethiopia air crash

  24. Its all in managing money, basically it's a numbers game.
  25. Is it meant to be god-no-dog or god-on-dog?
  26. Class isn't determined by income I'm a business owner. By definition middle class. My income is under £10k a year. And there are many working and middle class millionaires out there (far more than upper class ones!)
