  2. Russia probes II -- The Mueller Report

Excellent that means people can now quote the report and discuss that, as opposed to discussions on mental capacity or assumptions of motivation. Just a water and lime for me Tigg’s, It’s 6.30am here
  3. What is the difference between the past and this 'modern' one? Why do they need a modern, what was wrong with the old? Apart from being completely debunked.
  4. Russia probes II -- The Mueller Report

I'd order a Russian Collusion but all I'd get would be an empty glass.
  5. The automotive and technology firm has revealed its plans for self-driving vehicles and automated taxis. https://www.unexplained-mysteries.com/news/327181/tesla-promises-fully-autonomous-cars-by-2020
  6. Russia probes II -- The Mueller Report

Dude, the reason was given in literally the first sentence of your quote. Like I said. 'It's not our job to decide whether the President committed a crime. Here's the mountain of evidence that shows he did commit a crime along with a friendly little reminder that it is the constitutional duty of elected officials to make sure he doesn't get away with it'. A roadmap to impeachment.
  7. Russia probes II -- The Mueller Report

Democrats lose the 2.5 year campaign for "collusion" and in 3.2 milliseconds they move the goalpost to "obstruction" and taxes. Talk about 'Hos
  8. Russia probes II -- The Mueller Report

What do you think Mueller stating outright that if he could show that Trump did not commit a crime he would have done so means? Before going on to state: It was basically: 'I don't have the authority to prosecute, here's the evidence and now it's up to you elected officials to do your constitutional duty.'
  9. Worldwide Walls

You are right and even if it is irritating sometimes, I appreciate it. My last old dog slept right through our only garage break in. He is an sentry dog, not a combat dog. That part is certainly true. My terrier mix is watchful and protective. I know when someone or something (mostly surly cats and brave rabbits) approach my house. I just haven't been able to teach him that my neighbors parking their cars in their own driveways are not a threat. If he growls or barks at night, I always get up to check.
  10. Russia probes II -- The Mueller Report

So what hitman was hired? Or did the housewife tell the neighbor, and the neighbor said it wasn't a good idea. Is that still a crime? AFAIK, there has to be intent and something illegal done. Intent alone is not prosecutable. What actions did Trump actually make happen? Comey is the only thing I can think of. And his firing is problematic for a number of reasons. Yes, if Sessions was ordered to rob a bank and didn't, that isn't necessarily a crime. There are crimes where Premeditating the crime is a crime, like in Murder. But, I don't think that applies to something like obstruction, though I could be wrong. But... I've not read anyone saying this is so, and I think they would have by now to try to firm up support for impeachment. The fact such hasn't happened probably means it isn't going to happen.
  11. I don't believe you

This is a valid point, just in our lifetime we have “everyone did it” behaviors that at the time were frowned upon by some and not practiced at all and some who looked the other way and some practiced and advocated by many. Corporal punishment to children, Slavery, Discrimination towards our LBGT communities etc, etc.
  12. I wasn't sure who Enrique Tarrio was, and figured some other folks might not either. So I googled him up... Proud Boys is this group: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Proud_Boys A Heavy article from last November about Enrique Tarrio and his stepping up in the Proud Boys: https://heavy.com/news/2018/11/enrique-tarrio/ A write up of Enrique from afrocuba web, has lots of article links about him: http://afrocubaweb.com/enrique-tarrio.html An article from thegrio in Jan about Enrique supporting Roger Stone: https://thegrio.com/2019/01/28/enrique-tarrio-leader-of-far-right-group-shows-up-to-roger-stones-house-to-show-solidarity/ The OP article is more recent about the Chase thing, here's one from zerohedge in Feb that has an image of the letter Chase sent: https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019-02-09/chase-bank-abruptly-bans-proud-boys-leader And another Feb article, this one from bigleaguepolitics: https://bigleaguepolitics.com/chase-bank-shuts-down-proud-boys-leaders-personal-bank-account/ An article from Miami New Times from March: https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2019-02-09/chase-bank-abruptly-bans-proud-boys-leader And a couple more recent links in the last week or so about Chase in relation to this... https://www.dailysignal.com/2019/04/17/are-chase-banks-account-decisions-motivated-by-politics/ https://www.theepochtimes.com/chase-bank-denies-political-motives-after-controversy-erupts-over-closed-accounts_2884333.html
  13. Russia probes II -- The Mueller Report

I quoted it above. No mention of AG making such a decision, or Congress. Only that the Report wasn't making a decision.
  14. Gender neutral boats for Scotland

My God! The ridiculousness of people these days know no bounds. This person identified as a woman just long enough to break the deadlift record for females in England.
  15. Russia probes II -- The Mueller Report

Where the heck ya been, Tiggs? Anyway, Gray Goose and tonic. Ya.
  16. Russia probes II -- The Mueller Report

What are you on about, mate? Intent is everything and his intent was to end the investigation. This is why a housewife can be prosecuted for hiring a 'hitman' to kill her husband, even if that hitman turns out to be an undercover officer. Intent. It's the reason Jr wasn't prosecuted for the Trump Tower meeting - lack of provable intent. If he had ordered Sessions to rob a bank but Sessions refused, would he be off the hook in that hypothetical? He still ordered him to commit a crime. There is no defence that doesn't require some Olympic-level mental gymnastics in order to be swallowed.
  17. Robot news presenter launched on Russian TV

Phew thanks RoofGardener, i was trying to remember his name. You arrived just in time.
  18. Russia probes II -- The Mueller Report

Quoting stuff sounds like a good idea. The DOJ changed the PDF file in the OP yesterday, so that the text can now be selected, for quoting purposes. Anyone fancy a drink, since I'm here?
  19. Russia probes II -- The Mueller Report

    Not for a liberal
  20. Russia probes II -- The Mueller Report

Wrong again. At this point, you're batting way below the Medoza line. Even the screaming Lefty media can't agree on this one: The Mueller report is not an impeachment referral - The Washington Post https://www.washingtonpost.com/.../04/.../mueller-report-is-not-an-impeachment-referral... 3 days ago - A federal prosecutor charged with investigating possible crimes would recognize that telling Congress what to do is not his role. The Mueller Report Is an Impeachment Referral - The Atlantic https://www.theatlantic.com/ideas/archive/2019/04/mueller-report...referral/587509/ 5 days ago - Only Congress can now resolve the allegations... Mueller can't make such a referral to congress. That's outside his scope of work. You whiff again.
  21. If simply mentioning physical mediumship is the best proving you can do on this subject, you obviously know nothing about modern scientific method.
  22. Then explain it to everyone.
  23. If attacking Victorian frauds is the best debunking you can do on this subject, you obviously know nothing about modern Physical Mediumship.
  24. Venezuelan Revolt on the Horizon?

That isnt socialism, its bad management within the confines of a partly socialist system of government. My nation is partly socialist, that doesnt mean were going thesame course; although I could probably sum up an impressive list of money squandering within the socialist aspects of our society. Ive observed a trend here which increasingly labels socialism as an inherently bad thing. It isnt, just like capitalism isnt an inherently good thing. It stands or falls based on the decisions made by those in the political seat, wether its socialism or capitalism, left or right, liberal or conservative. Ofcourse you are correct in pointing out the errs made within the socialistic Bolivar government. But I hope you'd agree there's a considerable difference between a nation making some unwise decisions, compared to full blown economic warfare from abroad. There are countless non Western nations that have made similar mistakes, even exponentially worse; these are not sanctioned like Venezuela has been and is.. There are countless of non Western nations with 'tyrants' or 'regimes' Maduro('s) pales to in comparison, these nations are not sanctioned like Venezuela has been and is.. not by a long shot. So based on these apparant double measures (logically reconciled based on the fact this nation (Venezuela) has one of the biggest oil reserves in the world), in combination with obvious propaganda against Maduro demonizing him, selectively disregarding international law, as well as the fact this pattern is observed (selective demonization of the HoS which is used to rationalize economic and/or military intervention) in numerous 'US intervention' instances in the 21st century.. this can thus safely be categorised as yet another attempt at (malicious) statecraft with the soul intent to reap the fruits for own advantage (over the backs of the local population, under the guise of humanitarianism). This is, at the very least, extremely laudible, ethically unacceptable, morally deplorable. If the US didnt just finish its ME campaign leaving that region in utter dismay, the wholesale destruction of the infra- as well as social structure, resulting in proof of self enrichment, proof of the altruistic motive being complete BS, as well as resulting in the exact opposite of the aspired goal (this region has never been a more apt terrorist breedingground), I probably wouldnt stand so critical in this context.. But she did, and I am. The US has become a rogue empire, it has shed all delusions of civility, ethics, morals, all feigns of being defenders of the rule of law. Your nation has been growing up side down for some time now, I think we are witnessing the last rows into full blown inversion. And as much as I used to love the USA, and all she stood for; no more. Apologies for the slab of text, Im having one of those days again (where thoughts are hard to put into words).
  25. Russia probes II -- The Mueller Report

@ExpandMyMind. The text of Mueller's conclusion regarding obstruction. Please point where it says Congress decides anything. It does not say anything about who does get to decide. Or even if someone else should.
