North Kharkiv Map (April 28- 11:30 PM). Russia's incomplete ring around Kharkiv continues to collapse. Ukrainian Forces have advanced from Lisne to enter Ruska Lozova, 15 Km from Russia’s border, population of 5,018. Ukrainian Forces have also confirmed that Kutuzivka is fully liberated.
