Got to the till with my loaded basket and the woman said
"Do you need help with your packing?"
WTF....i have just walked round the store loading and carrying my own basket and now they ask me if i need help packing? If i can load up  my own basket and carry it...then i can pack my own bags.
Their 'helpful' attitude is quite insulting.
I felt like asking her 'do i look as if i need help?'

If I consider my feelings, my contentment, or misery are determined by something outside of myself, then I am a slave to that...

If the quality of my experience in life, is controlled by and dependent upon the actions of others, or the state of my environment... they then determine the quality of the experience of life, and I am dependent upon them... truly, a slave, unable to determine my own experience, but merely bob along at the mercy of conditions, be they nature, or human.
Everything I love and everything I despise, come from one source.  The difference between the two, must therefor, lie within, not without.
