in Athens they had that brilliant idea too ... until the city flooded with every moderate rain. Now they are tearing the roads up again.

Lol...their infrastructure is even older than ours

Lol...their infrastructure is even older than ours

Was, they did a lot for the Olympics (leaving their grand-grandchildren some bills to pay for). So maybe there is hope for London?

They made the mistake of paying for labour...now if they had used the prison population and the unemployed they would have had a smaller bill and a new generation of trained builders
