The relatively small blast radius does mean that less will be damaged if they were used; but the precision that they allow also increases the likelyhood that they will be used. And any engagement between countries that have weapons of mass destruction is likely to be one to the death. But there is no turning back now. We have no choice but to continue to plot our own demise. Because even if the honorable among nations agree to give up their weapons; then the only nations left with weapons would be those who are little better than criminals. And I do not see us stopping with technology that enables us to massacre millions; no it is in human nature to be the greatest, to be in charge.
