check this site out. it is about stonehenge as a huge neolithic mechanical grain mill. there is a video of the working model......not the usual stuff.

An interesting hypothesis, though IMO highly, highly unlikely. Especially when one looks at the FAQs and sees the obvious question:

Q: Why go to so much trouble raising giant stones just to grind grain?

answered thus:

A: Why does modern culture go to great efforts to build super highways across entire continents just to transport tomatoes from coast to coast?

In other words, they can't answer the question ;) And thus they effectively falsify their own hypothesis.

(If super highways are built purely to enable tomatoes to be transported from coast to coast then I will, of course, stand corrected)
