I'm not telekinetic, so I can't use this, but if someone wants to do this, this is how you set it up. Plate that is room temperature. Water that is room temperature(you don't want hot, it makes the air warm and warm air rises). Bowl is room temperature. Eraser to ground out any static. room temperature. Needle, room temperature. Paper, non charged and room temperature. No fans, heaters, air conditioners blowing into the room at all(hard to do even if the vent is closed. No music playing at all because sound waves make vibrations. No human body within the room because a human body is a natural heater and will heat the room altering air currents because again, warm air rises, cooler air falls. Oh and never use a blow dryer because what does the blow dryer blow? Hot hair. Using all of this ensures, no heat transfer, no static transfer, no wind transfer. If everything is at the exact same temperature, and the right temperature, the water will not evaporate making an air current. This setup is impossible to be faulty, unless someone puts an electrode in the thing. Follow this, and you can prove the psi wheel. Anything other than this is false. Case closed.
