Personally, I found that trial a massive waste of time.

I would tend to agree.

Can anyone name the people who have been convicted in the Enron case, or the Tyco case?

I read up on this case a little and

found some things quite interesting.

Martha Stewart's wealth was estimated

to be a little over $1 BILLION dollars

before this all happened.

The amount she saved in the 'illegal'

sale of this stock gave her a savings

of about $40,000.

That would be for most of us like facing

jail time for saving .40 cents on a

gallon of milk.

I tend to believe her claim that she had

no Idea that by selling these stocks

based on advice from her paid advisor

that she was doing anything illegal.

Where she made her mistake was telling

lies when she should have admitted to

her mistakes.

In some ways I feel she is just being

made an example of by the legal system.

That was a joke. I never owned Stewart stock, nor Enron. I suff all my money in a mattress. But her stock did take a dive after the verdict was red. And Kellalor, I agree, this was the biggest bunch of BS in the history of the SEC. I still want to know why the folks at enron are running free.
