to give them the impression that they EXIST ..

( it's just an IMPRESSION after all .. isn't it )

Sometimes when i am under stress (like now) or sick (like now) or going through a change like moving (like now,) I doubt that I exist. It is hard to explain what physically happens. Almost like you have distanced myself from myself so reality isn't so real.

one thing is clear from above

that the idea of existence is essentially a thought process in the conscious mind

quite understandably when the mind is occupied , one is least aware of things like ' reality ' ' existence ' ..

in other words - IT IS ALL IN THE HEAD

and when the mind is naturally at rest

is there a need to superimpose ideas of ' whether i exist ' ..

and questions of the like , to which apparently there is no end
