Most likely the people in what you call the 1st world is this physical world and physical people, and you are out of your body at the moment and thus invisible for them. The people you healed probably are real too, as in physical. As long as everything in this 1st world of yours is similar to this normal physical world when it comes to scenery, landscapes, people, time period etc. If some of this differs, it is also possible you either traveled to another parallel physical world, or travelled back in time or into the future. But as you havn't mentioned any differences etc I assume the 1st world you experience is identical to this one, and thus most likely IS this physical world, experienced by you while out of body.

And as expected, in the second world people can see you etc, you meet other people, such as ascended masters and such, and you are experiencing a deeper part of your true being. It is confusing to you because you are not experienced with altered states, other parts of your own being, higher self, and so on. The people you met there in the story you mention may be some of your higher astral teachers and masters, perhaps your own guides and angels.

I recommend you look more into the astral projection subject, get some books on the topic, and some books on getting in touch with your higher self, inner guide, holy guardian angel etc. Some audio lessons may also be useful, personally I recommend Dick Sutphen at http://www.prohypnosis.com/html/metaphysics.html -many good audio courses there for things like these, look through them and check them out. I've had great success with using several of them myself. OMG, you mean i was actually here on earth and was invisible to people, please what can i do to stop it. I really don't want it continued talkless of practicing anything. You are right, i either see places of the past where i have lived before or travel to other places. I also intentionally walk up to people to know who can see me.

You are a genius, all i see is this normal earth. I can decide to walk to a nearby place to see if anyone can see me but alas they can't. I use to practice "WALKING THROUGH THE WALL" while am in the 1st world. I succeed sometimes and i don't sometimes. It is amazing because i am always 100% conscious and always want to do things i a hurry before i am taken back to my body.

There was a day i slept, then i saw myself there again- the 1st world. I decided to find out a secret, i went to celestial church. I wanted to know if they use negative powers or if they worship our real God. When i got there, it was midnight and they just finished prayers, so am sure i was in this real world (i hope i don't run mad oneday). Nobody among them could see me, i saw a small coloured light on the head of each person (not all of them though) outside the church premise. They were all getting ready to go home after midnight prayers.

Then i decided to enter the church to know if i can find out anything about the preachers or power behind. Immediately i got in, an assitant pastor or so suddenly alerted another pastor that someone from the spirit world has just entered this church. Obviously, he could feel my presence but could not see me. Then i saw a room, i went there to see what was inside, can you believe that the SECOND ME could not see anything there. the room was made total darkness before my very eye, some kind of higher power or so but it was not of good intention and i could have been blinded right there but something that shields me alays from evil attack shielded me again from being blinded right there in the spiritual rem.

I AM SCARED OF ALL THIS AND WONDER IF I AM A SPIRIT. I WILL TRY READING SOME BOOKS THAT YOU RECOMMENDED BUT I CAN'T GO FOR ANY PHYSICAL THING FOR MEDITATION BECAUSE I DON'T WANT MORE TRAVELING, I PREFER TO END IT.

First of all, you can't be hurt when you astral travel as you do not have a physical body there. You are only energy, shaped like a body.

Personally I encourage you to further explore it, by reading books about the topic to remove your fears and educate yourself about yourself. After all, you are experiencing your true being as God has created us, and it's better to be experienced and prepared than not in my opinion. One day we all die, and you'll have a better advantage if you are already experienced with the spirit world by then.

Like I suggested, ask for your guardian angels to appear and assist you. They are always there for you, to help and protect you and guide you. When you are out in either 1st world or second, just say out loud "Oh dear guardian angel of mine, servant of the true God of love, I summon you, I call for you, I evoke you! Please come to my assistance and guide me, thanks!" Thats one example, you cold word it in other ways if you prefer. But try get in touch with your guardian angel, and make sure to test him so you know you are dealing with the real one and not a "faker".

The above mentioned invocations and evocations you can do before you go to bed, and if you find yourself in the astral plane (out of body / in the 1st world or other worlds)

Personally I do the Invocation of God and the Cleansing of the House ritual every single day, along with the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram (which is also explained in the above links) and it has a great effect for me and many other people who practice these things. It will balance you, bring you more harmony, peace, better luck and success, give you strength and empower you, help you towards the divine path and so on.

Your church experience is interesting. I consider the Church evil and something created to control us and get us away from the true God and our true spirituality. So, it is not surprising to me that you encountered negative evil energies in there. And, the priests and pastors of many churches do practice the occult things themselves, they are member of secret orders etc, and are even practicing psychic powers, astral projection etc themselves. That's probably why one of them noticed you as he has developed his psychic powers to detect the presence of any astral entities (spirits).

We are not human beings with a spirit, we are spiritual beings with a human. Meaning that our true being is Spirit, or your Astral Body, and our human body is just something worn as a suit for a limited time until we pass it off and enter a new one (or ascend to higher planes if we have reached that level of spiritual understanding and development) - thus we have many past lives etc, we had many bodies, but only one spirit.

DO YOU THINK GOD WILL PUNISH ME

Please don't get me wrong about the church. I am a christian, i was referring to WHITE GARMENT CHURCH, those set that wear white garment with no shoes or slippers on while in the church. We as normal christians, believe that Celestial churches (white garment) use occult power that was what prompted me to go to one of their churches while i was taken to 1st world. Sorry that i prefer to use words i understand myself instead of words like plane or so, i feel i should leave everything and describe the way i see it without putting in terms and terminology since am not conversant with those words.

Please sir, aside the sleep and finding myself in another world which is my least puzzle, i am left in great sadness with a decision. You see, some pastors have told me (i don't even tell some anything) that God wants to use me to spread the gospel of christ, heal and cast out negative powers worrying people. I have been told that i must be born again, read the bible and attend church services, furthering that if i keep running from God and refuse to work for him, He might punish me. Then i was giving example of a man who stayed inside the body of a big fish for 3days.

Now, in reference to what they said i must start doing for God and preaching about Jesus Christ, astral travel is virtually level 2 out of a total level of 10 (am just rating my experiences). The main and very thing i experience 80% more is seeing "occult men/women attached to innocent people especialy the women, unknown wild/dangerous/evil creatures and human beings with teeth has big as lion's looking for blood to drink. These are not experiences in my dreams or astral, the astral travel seem to be detached from these negative things i see. I see them "live" here on earth either when anyone who they intend to punish or initiated sleeps beside me or is sleeping in same apartment/house/building with me.

Or something would take me to their midst where they are holding meetings and plotting to kill- i am usually made to be invisible to them if taken to their midst, even with all their power they can't see/feel me. It is not astral travel at all because am usually with my full real life senses. I guess it is what they call trance, it appears like a dream but of course am not sleeping and i can feel my real body. At this time, i usually find myself using "Jesus" to rebuke them- it is always like war and they are never relenting. The name "Jesus" is usually too powerful for them to withstand, they either disappear or turn to another form, screaming and disappear.

I know you might not be a pastor or so, but now that i know you have astral experiences, my question is:

1. Do you experience this same thing

2. Do you think if i refuse to work for God as i have been warned, He will punish me

3. From your experiences, the name "Jesus" THE SECOND ME uses to rebuke these creatures, must i turn to a pastor/prophet or remain my normal self.

Well I think the church would take advantage of anyone with "unusual abilities" to create more fame and power for themselves. Also, as stated earlier, the church in my opinion and the people in the top level there don't want us to experience our real selves, such as you are actually doing, so instead they will tell you it is bad or that you have to go study the bible, attend church, heal and cast out negative energies and what not, to distract you from what you are really doing and experiencing and to clutter up your mind with , in my most humble opinion, BS.

With that said, I am a christian myself (gnostic and into christian mysticism) - I believe in God and Jesus, various past prophets, some things from the bible etc. But at the same time I know a lot of the bible is fabricated, the current christian religious institution is put in place to brainwash and control us and lead us astray from the truth. If they wanted to teach us truth, they would teach us about how to experience heaven and meet the divine masters like Jesus and ancient prophets etc, communicate with God and so on, which all is possible through astral projection, meditation and spiritual development. But no they dont teach you that, heck most of the time they will say such things are evil, the work of the devil, and what not.

They are heretics, preaching one thing, and when the night comes they gather and practice occult matters - many of them satanic rituals and other dark arts, there are priests and pastors member of many dark left hand path orders such as OTO , Temple of Set and Dragon Rouge etc.

You said yourself you felt the negative and evil energy in the church and that this even blocked you from seeing what was going on in a specific room. They do put up magical protection shields so that it is difficult for astral projectors and remote viewers etc to "spy"on them. But we can always sense the energy and if you feel evil in a place that is supposed to be the house of God well then I would follow my gut feeling and consider evil practices being done there.

With that saying, you can really only sin against yourself, and thus only punish yourself from the actions you do, in the same way you can also do good things towards yourselves and others, and thus reward yourself from your deeds.

I was wondering if having insomnia could negatively affect your ability to astral project? One thing I notice is I always have a hard time falling asleep at night, it seems to be when my body naturally wants to be awake. I always hear trying to project at night is bad, because most of the time its too easy to fall asleep. I think win-win, either I project or I sleep, both would be nice, typically neither happens and I get out of bed and come back here to read some more forums.

Personally during my own insomnia times I tend to be able to have visions more easily while laying in bed with closed eyes, rather than project completely. More like a remote viewing sort of experience where you see the places you go in your mind but still are completely aware of your body and the bed etc and do not experience any detachment from your physical body.

The visions I have can be of different types, sometimes symbolic representation of something in the close area such as energies influencing me and visions are gathered showing what these energies are about. One example is once I slept over in a hostel in a dorm with 4 other people. That night I could not sleep and had terrible visions of dead people of all sorts. The next morning, I found out that the 4 other people worked in a morgue and they were there to work for a local morgue and get some new experiences with that sort of job. So that pretty much explained what those visions were about.

Other times I may see remote areas and what is going on there, if I'm lucky it is something close like in my neighbourhood so I can check and verify it later, other times it is visions from higher astral planes and things I do there, communicate with astral entities and so on.

So with that said, astral projection is possible without actually astral projecting - I know that sounds contradictory - but what I mean is you can receive the images in your mind without actually projecting out of your body, it is sometimes for me like controlling another astral body and getting the visions back from it. Visualization exercises will be useful for this purpose.

Hello Dark breed,

OMG, that is what am talking about- my exact experiences that makes me sad and wonder if i am a spirit, you described it as insomnia but how come you simplify these terrifying experiences as if they are nothing while i am all worked up here and sometimes attempt suicide.

If i sleep beside anyone and there is anything spiritual about them (what you are calling energy) i will immediately see it while am half asleep. It is not astral traveling because mybody is just there and i can feel the bed, my physical body but my vision is taking to somewhere else. Someone slept beside me one day- then i started hearing loud noice while i was just half asleep. I was trying to sleep but could not, all of a sudden i began to discuss with the person sleeping beside me, a female.

While she was asleep, i was talking to her in the spirit rem. She told me about her examination and how she is hoping to pass it, she also told me that she has a good heart and does not like to hurt people even if she is hurt and angry. We both strolled down a street and i gave her several advices and finally told her not to worry that she would pass her exam. I was not really sleeping, as a matter of fact i was not sleeping because in between the trance or whatever it is, my physical eyes will open to see that the girl is just there sleeping on same bed with me then my vision will change again to continue discussion with her.

When the trance allowed me to gain my physical senses, i got up from the bed and woke her up. Then i asked her if she was to take any exams, she said yes- I was shocked. I told her not to look me as abnormal, this and this is what you and i discussed just now while you were alseep then the girl ran out of the room thinking i am spirit of some kind, knowing her deepest secrets. After 5 minutes, she composed herself and came back while i explained to her.

Also, i was trying to sleep oneday, immediately i began to hear a christian woman who was praying so loud in her room. I know her and her home is about 5 miles from mine, i was hearing all she was saying then something told me that "she prays so loud and say she loves God while in her heart she is full of cheats" So this one was simply a revelation of some sort. The next morning, i sent her a text- she is actually a wife to a pastor and she is a pastor as well so i wonder what kind of live we are living, church goers with uclean and selfish mind.

I use the name "Jesus" all the time to fight evil looking creatures if am taken to their midst in trance but in the physical you can hardly see me go to church or read the bible- not that i don't want to but i am very lazy at doing that. It is still a puzzle to me that 2 people seem to live inside me. WHO AM I?

I guess what you are describing here can be classified under the term "telepathy" (thought communication) as well as "empathy" (the ability to feel other peoples state of mind and emotions).

For me the experiences I have is rater a blessing than a curse, which it unfortunately seems as you find it.

And if you really attempt suicides I really urge you to go and talk with someone professional about it as there are people who can help, even a normal psychologist or psychiatrist whom knows or believes nothing in the spiritual can be of great help and assistance, and even I had to seek their assistance at one point where I found myself in an extremely unpleasent state both psychologically and spiritually and found that contact and help very useful and soothing even though I found the real cause of my "problems" back then at a later point in life. It could be quite beneficial for both your mind and spirit.

Please where can i read about 7 planes. someone told me i should find out to know more about the one i referred to as second and third world. The third world i have been to ONCE, i saw only worshippers. The sky there was kind of lower and has spinning marks but was not spinning.

The people i saw were moving up as if climbing a staircase but was just empty air like cloud. I think there were about 10,000 people in a roll as the movement stretched into the sky, to the clouds and beyond. They all wore white wrapper not as long as garment like when man wants to worship and decides to wear wrapper such that one side of the shoulder is bare. I wanted to join them and had the opportunity to do so but i was nervous since i wasn't sure of where they walking to.

It was very obvious that they were going to some kind of place to worship or were to meet a supreme, the number of people that kept joining from the down level was endless. Maybe its a round circle thing or they were just too many. When i tried to look up to see the end of their journey, the multitude stretched into the cloud and beyond. I was eager to join them yet i thought about death- I told myself that i might not return to earth and would pass on from there, can you imagine. I demanded for a talent, by saying "this seems to be holy world or worship place , please before am taken back to my body i need a talent. Then 2 shape of white foamy-made in form of large biscuit appeared in the sky, i was shocked that my hand reached the sky and picked the one that was in form of O, the other was L shape.

When i took a bite, it melted quickly in my mouth i become nervous if anyhthing negative will happen to me. I wasn't sure if God sent it or the devil so i dropped it. Another man came from nowhere and took the one i dropped, eat it and ran away as if saying "look at what you are missing" he could not reach up for the sky to take any but i could. Then i was taken back to 1st world as i can remember vividly then to my body, it was like journey downwards.

3 days later i began to do something that i have never done before and no one around me can, wherever the knowledge came from remains a mistery and that is what has kept me going till today. I have been using it to make a living but others who have tried it cannot do it so they give me the work to do, they all now refer to me as a witch that how did i ever come across such knowledge that i did not read in university or some school.

Those thousands of people you saw ascending could been dead people going towards where they go next, evolved spiritits ascending to higher development / realms, or as you say it could have been some kind of huge mass meeting. Hard to say really without going there and check it out.

Please where can i read about 7 planes. someone told me i should find out to know more about the one i referred to as second and third world. The third world i have been to ONCE, i saw only worshippers. The sky there was kind of lower and has spinning marks but was not spinning.

The people i saw were moving up as if climbing a staircase but was just empty air like cloud. I think there were about 10,000 people in a roll as the movement stretched into the sky, to the clouds and beyond. They all wore white wrapper not as long as garment like when man wants to worship and decides to wear wrapper such that one side of the shoulder is bare. I wanted to join them and had the opportunity to do so but i was nervous since i wasn't sure of where they walking to.

It was very obvious that they were going to some kind of place to worship or were to meet a supreme, the number of people that kept joining from the down level was endless. Maybe its a round circle thing or they were just too many. When i tried to look up to see the end of their journey, the multitude stretched into the cloud and beyond. I was eager to join them yet i thought about death- I told myself that i might not return to earth and would pass on from there, can you imagine. I demanded for a talent, by saying "this seems to be holy world or worship place , please before am taken back to my body i need a talent. Then 2 shape of white foamy-made in form of large biscuit appeared in the sky, i was shocked that my hand reached the sky and picked the one that was in form of O, the other was L shape.

When i took a bite, it melted quickly in my mouth i become nervous if anyhthing negative will happen to me. I wasn't sure if God sent it or the devil so i dropped it. Another man came from nowhere and took the one i dropped, eat it and ran away as if saying "look at what you are missing" he could not reach up for the sky to take any but i could. Then i was taken back to 1st world as i can remember vividly then to my body, it was like journey downwards.

3 days later i began to do something that i have never done before and no one around me can, wherever the knowledge came from remains a mistery and that is what has kept me going till today. I have been using it to make a living but others who have tried it cannot do it so they give me the work to do, they all now refer to me as a witch that how did i ever come across such knowledge that i did not read in university or some school.

I use the name "Jesus" all the time to fight evil looking creatures if am taken to their midst in trance but in the physical you can hardly see me go to church or read the bible- not that i don't want to but i am very lazy at doing that. It is still a puzzle to me that 2 people seem to live inside me. WHO AM I?

I would say that you are a collection of various states of awareness. Most people recognize that they have a subconscious. If you take that a few steps more, you will find that you have more than one point of view within your subconscious.

I see each human as a being with many states of energetic awareness. The physical self is also a collection of various points of awsreness, each doing their particular job to keep the heart punping blood and the liver filtering it.

One of my areas of interest is telepathy. I think all humans are telepathic to one extent or another. Your various experiences are quite interesting. I would seriousally like to learn a lot more about you. You seem to have opened yourself up to the universal field of awareness to some degree without realizing you have done this.

May I suggest that you watch the Thomas Campbell videos mentioned in another metaphysical thread. It will shed some light on many if not all of your questions and concerns. Telepathy however is indeed very interesting. My experiences with it mostly have been in the astral planes or during meditation, with other astral / non-physical beings. Though I have had several telepathic experiences in physical life too though they tend to be rather short and brief and not controlled.

But in the astral however, I use telepathy a lot to communicate with other entities, and the way it works is pretty amazing. It's not just that you can communicate with your mind without using your mouth, you can communicate without using even thoughts in a verbal way at all. It is a bit hard to explain, but it is in a way like receiving the answer immediately and knowing the full answer instantly, instead of getting it word by word, or when sending you can send the whole message at once instead of formulating word by word. Often I find myself about to formulate for example a question but before I'm even started the answer is sent to me by the entity I am communicating with, so the thought before the formulation of the words are sent out without needing to formulate the question or message in words.

Also, quite complex things can be shown through telepathy, and misunderstandings are much less frequent than it would when speaking verbally as the immediate answer as it is comes to your mind, often in the form of a sort of visual presentation or image based way which is very hard for me to describe - has to be experienced.

Yes, I think which you are referring to the 'non' verbal, are the pictographs or video graphs that most the time form in your head. I still think that this could be scientifically proven, even though for some it seems far fetched, but to me it seems rather a simple answer. Pixels of a tv that form together to create an image, and thus electricity and such can travel anywhere as long as it has a circuit.

Now I just got in image of my head of dead people and them trying to circuit to us. Seemed rather funny, as I was making a joke inside my head for the dead to be holding up a sort of satellite in space so we could hear them ha-ha

But most of us first learned to see, hear, and smell, before we learned how to talk. I almost think that this is a 'baby' instinct as we learned to observe when we were little. I love animals because they can communicate so well without having to use words, something which a lot of our society has decided to throw out.

While I've never actually experience telepathy for myself, this seems to be a rather accurate portrayal of what I've read about it. I'm actually quite interested in learning how to develop this skill; is it only possible in the astral plane or can it be mastered in our reality as well?

All my years of being troubled, i have not at anytime see anyone explaining these things to me the way i have seen here, i have contacted lots of pastor and all they keep telling me is God wants to use me, i must give up and begin to preach the gospel of Christ. this has left me very worried because they made me to believe that God will surely arrest me one day since i refused to work for him, what work do they want me to do than to sit in my house and mind my business- i have stopped going to church because of that.

On the other hand, i don't agree with them totally that i need to work publicly for God because i noticed that none of them knows what i always try to explain, some will even say "it is agent of the devil that is showing you these things because the spirit of God dwells in a clean body", guess he is trying to say since i am a sinner- God can't be the one showing me these things (so how come i use the name Jesus all the time in the spiritual rem even without knowing it). But some will open the bible and read to me exactly what i saw.

Further to the bible, if i attempt to read it like other christians- my experiences will increase and would gradually manifest somethings in the physical which scares me alot: For example, i might be talking to anyone on the phone and suddenly find myself asking questions he or she has kept secret since birth or secret no one must ever hear. This as one of the numerous- I was talking to a girl one day then i began to ask her how many times she has aborted. I did not hear a voice or whatever, the discussion just came to my lips. I began to tell her that she has aborted a child not once, twice or third. She later confessed she has had 4 abortions and she is 1 month pregnant as we speak on the phone.

Before she confessed about the fifth pregnancy yet to be aborted, i found myself telling her that if she gets impregnated again she must not abort it for any reason but i don't know the consequence, furthering that i do not know what is speaking through me she should please keep it to herself and not expose me. She started crying, she must abort the one month pregnancy, the man who impregnated her will never accept it, her mother will kill her and so on. Immediately, i deleted her number from my phone Didn't want to hear what happened to her when she went for fifth abortion.

- I have stopped reading the bible and going to church for now but i don't ever fail to pray for like 5 minutes every morning. It is just away of preventing my experiences from manifesting in the physical, i don't think it is normal to know people's secret physically. I mean, i might run mad oneday if that should continue.

PLEASE I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT A CLOUD GARDEN AM SOMETIMES TAKEN TO:

This is the one you refer to as astral travel, when i sleep sometimes- am taken to the cloud, am not sure if it is our cloud o earth or not. When am there, am usually 100% conscious that my body is somewhere sleeping and also feeled with some kind of strange happiness there.

Am taken up with speed too fast to know it was speed then i see myself above the cloud. There is like a garden with no end, the ground is cloud instead of normal earth, the whole place is just flowers with various colors. I usually see someone like an old man who seem to be the care taker, he greets me like when a servant salutes a master while i smile, look around, touch the flowers and walk on the clouds.

I have never seen anyone there before aside the old man i see all the time. the place is serene, no noice or sound or anything- just an endless field-like of flowers with extremely beautiful colors and the old man that goes round.

Please do you have an idea of where this is and why i don't see anyone there though it seems like a relaxation center (so i feel when am there)?

For the first part of your post, it is good in my opinion that you left the church and bible, in my opinion both are brainwashing tools meant to lead you away from the truth instead of towards it. It is all about belief and not experience.

With astral projections you can experience what is truth or not regarding many things in the bible and what the church and its pastors preach about, such as "is there a heaven?" , "Do we have a spirit?", "Is there a God?" etc first hand instead of just hearing about it and making assumptions from empty belief with no hands on facts or evidence to support anything. Astral projection is God's tool for us to experience the divine, meet the angels, prepare ourselves for our next lives and higher ascension, as I see it.

I can't comment on the woman with the abortion etc as that is more of your own personal matter, but I can say as I've said before you can shield and protect yourself against such experiences (we are talking about telepathy here, but unwanted, as you do not try to "Know" these things about the people). Check my thread "Offering an helping hand" for more info on this and meditations and protection rituals & prayers etc that is useful, where you can state the purpose of the ritual and prayers yourself (such as "I do no longer know anyone elses secrets" or "I am blocked against reading anyones mind" or "I have no telepathic abilities" etc which you can also use as daily or nightly affirmations as well)

For the last part of your post, it sounds like you've gone to your own personal astral "sanctuary" where you can meet your spirit guide, rejuvenate and heal yourself. I encourage you to speak to that man you see there and ask him who he is and if he can help you, and make sure to test he is a true angel of the god of love as mentioned in my "Testing the angels" section in the above mentioned thread called "Offering an helping hand" (maybe I've written about it at some page here in this page too, can't remember)

Seems to me you got great potentials towards heavenly and divine experiences and deeper understandings of yourself , Existence, God and so on. Just got to work some on it and try follow some of my present and past suggestions so you can look deeper into yourselves and find the true being that dwells there, God's own creation waiting to unfold and blossom in all its ways and grow towards the heavens.

Perhaps these experiences you have are God's way of leading you towards him and greater insights, and away from the lies, blasphemy and false teachings.

really good topic and very long. i have read most of the posts but i have not found the answer to my question. which is, how do i stay in the "astral" longer?

i have been able to get out on quite a few occassions, i never will myself back, i remember being out and how it happened, it seems that i am only out for 2 min at a time max.

i have never remembered entering back in my body just waking up normally.

the least time i was out was one night when my 6 year old son was sleeping in my bed, he had his arm across my neck, i was not trying but i became aware that my legs and body were lifting up but my head seemed stuck to the pillow, i called out to my son in my mind to come with me and we both lifted up above the bed. we were both laughing, then i woke up, it was morning! i remember being out for 10-15 sec. so frustrating.

any tips please.

I think regular practice is the key, first you have to learn how to astral project by will and consciously , then it will be a natural progress to stay out longer as you get more experienced with it and altered states of mind.

Considering you have a lot of spontaneous experiences I think you could have some good potentials if you put some work into it and practice on a regular basis, do energy work, meditations etc.

At least that's how it was for me, first I was able to be out few seconds, then minutes, then longer periods of time until I had experiences where I was out for what was several days in the astral realm yet still just couple hours here in physical life - time out there is not necessarily experienced the same way as time here.

your are right my experiences are more spontaneous and i am able to astral easily when i become aware that i am dreaming, they tend to be that bit longer too. i would like to know a bit more about energy work as i know absolutely nothing about that. can you recommend a website?

you say it was simular for you, how long was it for you to be able stay out longer? i am very willing to put in all the practice needed.

also darkbreed, do you believe that it runs in families? the reason i ask is that my husband and all 3 of our 5 children have astraled.
