O.J. Simpson found GUILTY!

Uhh, Johnnie Cochran was just doing his job. Every one who is accused deserves a defense. He represented victims of police bruality, is he an evil person because of that? He also represented Reginald Denny, the truck driver who was beaten during the LA riots. You have to understand, that sure, even though OJ Simpson probably killed his wife, probably is not good enough, and there's always the possibility that he didn't do it.

If people like you got their way all it would take would be an accusation and anyone is at the mercy of mob justice, which isn't really justice.

I wonder how objective the jury was. All the news channels are going on about how it's 13 years to the day that he was acquitted of murder. Shouldn't that be irrelevant? That statue of justice is blindfolded and holding scales, not a tabloid magazine. If this was a random person in the same position they'd probably get a lot less jail time.

You sound like a fan. You must be the one who thought he was innocent thirteen years ago too.

And how 'objective' would an all black jury have been? (the reason he got off the murder rap thirteen years ago)

p.s. Can anyone remember what reason he gave for running from the police thirteen years ago, if he was innocent?

i agree.. if every court case was sensationalized in tabloid magazines like OJ's and Michael Jackson then everybody would be guilty

of just about anything.......

but,

that's how most of YOU operate and they know this.......

Some claim he(OJ) was guilty 13 years ago and they never read any transcripts of the court case....... only what the tabloids told them.....

.... many are just as guilty for believing tabloid's and that could be proven in court.....

So, to get this straight.

Was he sent to jail for the armed robbery, or the killing of his wife?

Have you been reading these posts.

This isn't about if he was guilty of these charges or not this is about getting even because he might of been guilty of murder.

I have news for all of you O J was found innocent of those charges that means he is innocent of those charges. His defense doesn't have to play the race card.

The whole thing was/is about revenge because he was found innocent of murder. If you don't believe me reread this topic one more time but this time do it from the point of view that he was innocent of the charges.

It's very important to understand that OJ and the driver, his friend A.C. Cowlings, were not running from the police

during the famous bronco scene....

hint... what usually happens when suspected criminals are running from police?

This is true how did simpson get his bronco out of the drive way without the police knowing he left when the drive way was full of police cars. In other words they had to move to let him out.

It was agreed, through OJ's lawyer Robert Shapiro, that OJ would drive himself to The Parker Center(LAPD) by 11 am...

OJ left his house unobstructed and in full view of police....

All transcripts of the court case can be read online at various websites

I don't know if he did it or not, and I'm no fan. Probably, he did it, but there is the possibility that he didn't. I wasn't trying to inject race into the question of whether the jury is biased or not, I just think, by the sounds of it, most people think he did it, so how are you going to get 12 objective jurors who wouldn't say guilty no matter what to make sure he didn't escape jail this time?

You mean OJ did not try to "get back" his sports memorabilia?

NO. It was a setup planed by the CIA. Come on. He stole other memorabilia that didn't belong to him aswell as what he said was his. He was given a fair trial and will now be given a fair jail term. All he had to do was go to the police. But his "I can do what I want Ego" got him in hot water.

Of course he did, that's what's on trial, not whether he got away with murder.

So what is wrong with the guilty verdict?

Don't bother to answer: nothing.

I don't care about 13 years ago, what I see is now, and somebody who tries to hide behind his notoriety (not to say unpopularity) to commit a premeditated crime should have the whole book thrown at him.

Well the fact that there are some people out there that doubt he killed,i wonder how much of this case you have studied. The race card was played, and also the fact that O.J.'s blood was there at the scene. The fact that he had taken off for chicago just around the time murder's were to have occurd. The fact that he had been in training for a movie called "frogmen" wich he was trained by navy seals how to silently come up on someone and slit thier throat.(the movie never was finished or released.)The fact that he had bought a 15 inch knife from a dealer in chicago. That same knife was not allowed addmited for evidence, lawyers. The fact that he was trying to escape from justice in his white bronco while calling his mom and saying"i had to momma,i had to."The fact that he had cut's on his hand from what he says was from throwing a glass (in chicago) when "learning" of his wifes death. The fact that after almost 11 years later he wrote a book called"If I DID IT" seems kinda callus, but hey he was innocent. The fact that a civil jury found him guilty and finnacialy responsible not that it matters,no one paid a dime, and you can't bring back your loved one's when there dead. Also of intrest and very strange was a letter nicole brown(deceased) had written a letter to her sister saying,"O.J. is going to kill me.He's going to use a knife, and he's going to kill me,and he's going to get away with it because he's O.J Simpson."Strange..but i have heard of people fortelling thier own death. Also,as far as his lawyers go,every one of them after words said they had a "gut feeling" that O.J. had done it,and one came straight out and said he knew O.J. did do it,but there was noway to convict him.So he had to just go along with the rest of the "DREAM TEAM."What a wonderfull defence team he did have...too bad his massive ego and arrogance blew it for him.Not to be too melodramtic,(i know to late) but 13 YEARS TO THE DAY.Chew on that for a few minutes before you respond.KARMA..........................edited for errors
