With such a well equiped army why would Israel need to resort to such tactics? Tactics such as the insanity of suicide bombers are utilized by a desperate people against a military force of much greater quality. This I would think would be an obvious, and understood consequence of gorilla warfare. The inability to do damage to the superior military forces the lesser military body to utilize terror tactics, such as suicide bombings, torcher, and kidnapping. Any casual student of history would know this. Also, the reverse is also true. The infastructure damage, and civilian loss's by the lesser military bodies people is always extensive. The question is, can a modern military contain and subdue a gorilla army without political resolve? It has not happened before, perhaps this would be the first. However, that seems highly unlikely.

This is a fallacy. To deny such a reality is not sane, due to its complete disconnect with reality. Israel must be recognised as a country if this is ever to resolve itself. Then perhaps some disputed areas of settlement could be negotiated with and appropriated by each side accordingly. Neither side would get all it wants, but surely there can be a middle ground that each could be unhappily satisfied with. Either that or this sort of thing will just repeat itself over and over, both the suicide bombings/rocket attacks, and Israel's military campaigns.

Historically such perceptions are necessary for the justification of a people to take resources of another, or to defend their resources from another. As I've pointed out before, it this were a total war, there would be no palestinians. You just like the sound of the phrase, without having a clue as to it's meaning.

As for the palestinians being a nation, are you refering to the West Bank faction, run by the PLO, the most corrupt group of former terrorists in history the PA, or the Gaza faction, run by a group of current terrorists?

America had took in Jewish people, England did too. and Poland and everyother country that was around Germany. Hitler didn't want Jews in his country, so he got his SS men to get them out of Germany. But some didn't want to leave, so Himmler (the commander of the SS) had came up with a plan. Kill every other Jewish person that didn't want to leave Germany. And then came the 'Final Solution' of concentration camps. I would think this is the reason of why Iseral became a country in the first place.
