Its not only bad enough they've slipped through and mingled amongst the locals obtaining citizenship as well, but the worst part is that they've been tracked down by the Albanian Police and Government, who are trying to get them extradited to serve their sentence, but can't.

Don't understand how criminals can hide behind laws in one country when they've been prosecuted in another.

As far as being a liberal well I'm a little left of centre and I find this disgusting. If the people of Canada ever discovered that we did this it would cause a pretty big uproar.
