He said he wasn't aware of the incident and Caldera has said he made the call for the photo shoot to take place. It has nothing to do with ground zero. Here's one of it flying low over Mt Rushmore, yet I don't hear anyone screaming about this picture "looking wrong". That would seem to make perfect sense to me.
