chemical-licker Posted June 16, 2009 #1 Share Posted June 16, 2009 http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-11...n-BNP-thug.html Grieving son thrown out of cathedral after being mistaken for BNP thug A grieving son visiting a cathedral to pray for his dead mother was thrown out and then searched by police after staff wrongly staff wrongly thought his shaved head and tattoos meant he was a member of the BNP. Phillip Cadwallader, 43, was accosted in Blackburn Catherdal and asked to leave. The former support worker was then approached by police officers who searched his rucksack, which contained his running kit. The incident occurred just days after the British National Party won two seats in the European Elections and after the far right party scored major successes in the East Lancashire area, in particular Burnley. This is democracy??? omg people with tattoo's are now BNP members
Lord Umbarger Posted June 16, 2009 #2 Share Posted June 16, 2009 So, let me get this straight, they threw him out of a church because of his suspected political affiliation? Sorry, I'm not as up to speed as I'd like to be on British/European political parties.

itsnotoutthere Posted June 16, 2009 #5 Share Posted June 16, 2009 (edited) I think this just highlights the rabid & frenzied manner in which the mainstream media (with the help of LibLabCon) report on the BNP. If the BNP didn't exist, they'd be doing the same thing to UKIP. If any new political party stood up & started demanding that the indiginous people were put before immigrants & asylum seekers, they too would be branded rascist thugs by our bleeding heart, self loathing liberal elite. With regard to the article, perhaps this is yet another example of the 'dummimg down' of the police entrance exam. hetrodoxly Posted June 16, 2009 #6 Share Posted June 16, 2009 "The officers told me that someone had thought I was from the BNP because I was tall and have short hair" So there's a hair and height restriction to qualify for being a BNP supporter? how about having an idiot restriction for joining the police.
