Brown to leave Westminster for a month as Parliament breaks up for 82-day bumper break

Gordon Brown will start a month's break from Downing Street at the end of this week after Parliament shuts for the summer today.

The Prime Minister will be away from Westminster for almost all of August, returning only at the end of next month, as the Commons stays closed for a bumper 82 days.

He is due to take a break with wife Sarah and his two young sons John and Fraser in the Lake District but is also expected to spend time at the family home in Scotland.

'The Prime Minister will not be taking his holiday overseas. This will be his last full working week in London,' his official spokesman said today.

 what does he do to deserve this long time off?

Well lets face it, they've made being a Politician a cushy little job for themselves. Brilliant pay. Excellent pension. generous holidays. Expenses, second homes the list goes on..............I for one am glad Gordon is off for the man is a fecking Jonah. since he's taken over we've had nothing but luck and all of it bad. lets hope he goes walking in the lake district and goes missing for good.
