I don't know what it means but I have a weird one too...I have a birthmark that looks like three letters of my last name. It looks like an H an I and a C. It may be that you have the rare condition which would make you a Chimera. It occurs when two eggs, etc, are in the womb, which then form into one foetus. The Chimera can have two or three different strands of DNA in their body. In other words some of your body parts/skin could really be that of your twin's. This can cause Blaschkos lines which may or may not be visible. On way of seeing if you could be Chimera is to shine a UV light on your skin and see if there are any more lines. crazy_boy67 Posted June 3, 2009 #54 Share Posted June 3, 2009 lol i have these 2 weird birthmarks one looks like a slug and its on my knee and it looks like it has its mouth open it creeps me out and i have this rly rly weird birth mark on the rihgt side of my chest it stick out and it is like a semi-circle its brown but white right in the middle some times when i squees it it releases either water OR a round little ball ill get a picture later on can some one tell me what it is or if they have it aswell because my friend he has exactly the same birthmark but on the left side of his chest im from bulgaria and hes from romania and we have 4 years of difference in age its just so weird :S Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

NOT weird i hear you chant! However the weird comes from the fact that it is in exactly the same place as the one my nan has on her neck! I've since had it removed as it became quite a fun toy for my daughter to play with at 6 months old - i know cruel mommy taking her daugthers fave pass time away! I have one of those moles on the back of my right ear. The other birth mark I have is on my right arm, some people call it a "Tea stain" birthmark because of the clour and look of it. I don't mean to be nosey but I've never seen an aireplane birthmark before and as I am about to reveal I've seen my fair share .. Immy, my son was born without a mark on him , by the time he was 6 weeks old he had 7 birthmarks . So I took him to the Doctor . I was told to watch him so I did . Even kept a birthmark diary . After 3 more Doctors vistis and 75 more marks I gave up counting . A true birthmark comes the day you are born . I believe you may have a Caffee o laite spot . Milky coffee coloured , and nothing to worry about . depending on how many cafe au lait markings there are, and the size.. i would worry.. Kismit, my two youngest also have heaps of ' birthmarks ' they've both been diagnosed with neurofibromatosis type 1. my dad and myself also have nf1.. he was the first one in his family to get it.. then was passed on to me.. skipping my brother and sister.. i went through about 5 years of genetic counselling for them to tell me something i already knew (that yes i indeed also have nf1).. im pregnant now.. and have had the cvs test done, and thankfully, havent passed this on to my child. do you have to see a nuerologist at all? or are they not affected that badly? trouble with nf1 is that it is such a broad spectrum genetic condition, and affects family members so differently from one to another. but, along with the numerous cafe au lait marks.. i also have an albino birthmark.. it appears when its too hot (the skin around goes slightly redder.. and the birthmark stays white) or when something/someone is giving me a dose of the irrites Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

When i was 18 years old, I weighed 350 pounds... Since then I have lost quite a bit of weight (I am 40 and weigh around 168 pounds, give or take 2 pounds from weeks to week).... When in the bath do they look silvery? If so they are stretch marks. You dont have to gain weight fast to get them either it can be caused by growth spurts as well. Which totally confused me. I don't go out in the sun a lot or lay out. Was thinking of getting filled in, but have since changed my mind. Would anyone out there, that would have insights on this matter. Sometimes I wounder if something such as this it's the mark in which were said to be the markings of a witch. I gave up after the 20th try, so it's still blurry. In nature, it's much more defined. The toady looking skin around it comes from the image enhancing trying to sharpen the image...(or so she says... It's kind of weird, because I know I didn't have any sort of heart surgery when I was a baby, but the strange thing is, my father was born with a hole in his heart, and had it fixed when he was four.
