News-Bot Posted November 21, 2002 #1 Share Posted November 21, 2002 Posted By Saruman on Thursday, November 21 2002 Subject: Poltergeist Terror On Parkill Road THE ghost of Parkhill Road is 227-year-old Jacobite soldier Ian McPherson who is on the hunt for his killers, the Buchanie was told last week. Back in 1987 the Emslie family were living at 13 Parkhill Road and their seven-year-old son George was sleeping in McPherson's favourite haunt - the back bedroom! A psychic medium visited the house and spent four hours in the room before coming out and describing what he had seen. His description matched perfectly with what young George saw and the medium gave him a crystal to put under his bed to keep the ghost at bay. But the peace lasted just one month and George wanted out of the room again. The pair had both seen an old, tall, bearded man, dressed like a soldier, with a staff. The medium told them it was Ian McPherson, who could not rest at peace until he found the people who had violently murdered him in 1775. Click Here To Read The Complete Article...... Loonboy Posted November 21, 2002 #2 Share Posted November 21, 2002 Creepy. I don't think it's fair to make that boy sleep in the haunted room when he's the only one seeing the figure with the staff. Why can't he swap rooms with one of the other children who don't see it? Problem solved...
