Woman's sight restored with tooth

In a groundbreaking procedure last week specialists in the United States have succeeded in restoring a woman's sight by using tissue taken from one of her teeth to create a new cornea for her damaged eye.

"A team of specialists at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine announced Wednesday that they are the first surgeons in the United States to restore a person's sight by using a tooth."
