Hubble celebrates 20 years in space

20 years ago today the Hubble Space Telescope was launched and became our window to the universe. While things didn't go quite according to plan immediately due to a flawed mirror, once a space shuttle crew had repaired it Hubble went on to produce thousands of stunning images that have awed mankind for the best part of two decades.

Wow, 20 years...I remember this thing going up like yesterday. I can't believe it's been that long, that's crazy.
