Well we live in at least 4 dimensions, though we think there are 11 (through M theory), unless you are confusing dimension with parallel universe, which is just an idea. However, the pineal gland has no such function to look into other dimensions.

So, unless I have your exact beliefs I don't have or support those things?

I. Master opens my Tianmu

One day, when I was eight years old, my aunt, who lives next door, asked me to watch Master's Fa lecture video with her. Suddenly, when I was watching, Master's clothes changed from the Western-style suit to a yellow kasaya! I was curious and said to my aunt, "Aunt, how come Master changed his clothes? He was in blue just now, but now he wears golden yellow!" "Really?" Aunt said. She was in a hurry to fetch me Zhuan Falun, and she asked me if the Falun emblem in the book rotated or not. I said it was rotating very fast. Aunt was happy to say, " Master has opened your Tianmu." From then on, I saw many Buddhas who looked exactly the same as Master sitting around Him when I watched Master's lectures. They surrounded Master in many circles. Later I was told that they were all Master's fashen. "Fashen? Oh, I see," I said to my aunt.

After that, Aunt always took me to the practice site to practice. On the way to the practice site, I saw Master's fashen all over the sky. Some were big, some were small. In the sky above the practice site, which can contain over 10,000 people, I saw red all over where many disciples were practicing in a group. A large strong energy shield in the shape of a column encircled the practice site, and on top of the column was a big falun. Master was sitting on the falun and watching us disciples practicing. Additionally, I saw, above every Dafa disciple's head, on the right side, Master's fashen in a kasaya sitting on a big lotus flower. Behind this fashen I could see another transparent fashen with a golden shining edge.

Usually when I study the Fa, I see every character has Master's fashen and Falun Gong's emblem. Master's big fashen was sitting on every page. Master sits on the pink lotus, which is bright and soft, like fresh blossoms, and very beautiful. No matter how unimportant the character, the fashen's face can be seen clearly, so wonderful. Once when I was studying the Fa, I saw the falun in the book rotating. I thought, what's inside the falun? With that thought, I was suddenly in an incomparably broad world. No matter where I was, in the center or in the corner of this world, a falun emerged at a short distance. When I zeroed in on a falun chosen randomly, I found myself in a still bigger falun world. Whichever falun I entered, I felt I was entering an even bigger falun world. This sequence of entering would be endless. The same happened whenever I entered Master's fashen, which could be seen everywhere.

II. We Practice Together in Other Dimensions

In the past, when I practiced alone, I used to think, "One's energy field is weak and lonely." Now I do not think so any more, because one day when I was practicing, I suddenly discovered something. Although we no longer can practice together, fellow practitioners at the same level are practicing together in another dimension. When I do the first exercise, "Buddha Stretching A Thousand Hands," I am in a cool world and it is so beautiful there. There are no words to describe it in the human language. My heart becomes spacious, filled with God's joy. All phenomena there are crystal clear, even the air is clear and cool. My brain is clear when I breathe and so full of spirits. At these times, I feel there is no separation between my body and that world, and that we just melt together. In that dimension, I saw a dozen practitioners practicing with me.

The day before yesterday, when I was practicing the second exercise, "Falun Standing Stance," I saw myself practicing under a night-like background. When I was holding the wheel in front of my head, the falun I was holding rotated sometimes perpendicularly, sometimes at an angle, sometimes on a plane, and always rotating in the ten directions of the world. The next day when I practiced again, I saw a red- and orange-colored fiery dimension, which is not the fire in the human world. Although it was not fire, I felt my body steaming from head to foot and very warm. When I practiced the third exercise, "Penetrating the two cosmic extremes," I found around me many silver white pillars, reaching right to the heavens.

I practice the fourth exercise, "Falun Heavenly Circulation," in a world of lotus petals. I am in a world enveloped by countless lotus petals that are mysteriously and miraculously arranged. At first glance, it was not orderly but in fact very neat, well organized, and row after row. It was very beautiful. The petals are pink and white, so colorful, and they have incomparably exquisite brightness from the inside to the outside. I cannot describe how beautiful the color is from all the adjectives I know. Here, the air I absorb possesses the lotus' delicate fragrance. I feel a happiness that I could not imagine in the human world. As I am not actually seeing, it would best be called imagining. I felt that I had become a part of this world.

I practice the fifth set, "Strengthening Divine Powers," less frequently, but even when I do the sitting meditation with other fellow practitioners, the difference in levels between others and me is quite noticeable. When I saw the real images of fellow practitioners in other dimensions, I could not help admiring them secretly. I could feel their dignity, while lacking the courage to look into their eyes.

In short, I found practicing Falun Dafa really advances one fast. We practice in this dimension today, but by tomorrow we may go to a higher realm. Sometimes, even in the middle of exercising, a sudden enlightenment leads to the higher realm.

III. Sentient Beings in the Heavens are Envying Us

One day when I was writing in my cultivation diary, I suddenly felt I was in heaven beside a big Buddha. I suddenly saw a great enlightened being, and I was so nervous. In a hurry, I ran backwards and kept a distance from him. Then I found myself below him on his right. Although the fog was heavy, the great enlightened being's body was clear. He was sitting in a golden lotus in which very delicate rays were spread from the inside to the outside. Since the fog was so heavy I only saw three layers of the lotus. There is a chair-back between the great enlightened being's back and the lotus. The chair-back is very fine. There's a vertical line of silver white words in the center, but I am not able to read them. There is a big oval golden energy cluster right behind the chair-back. The density of energy cluster is very very fine. From the four sides and eight directions of the energy cluster, brilliant rays of the same colorful luster emanated out, like ribbons fluttering far away.

Being timid and shy, I walked to the front of the great enlightened being in order to see the being from the front. Ah, isn't this Master! Master looked so auspicious, sitting there with eyes slightly closed. Master's hair was blue, in rolls and high. I was surprised and happy and then relaxed when I saw it was Master. When I looked around I was shocked again. I saw many heavenly sentient beings sitting around in the fog, which appeared and disappeared from time to time. They all had their eyes closed while holding one palm erect and murmuring. I walked over to them. A strong energy flow flushed through me and made me dizzy. At that moment, I suddenly felt they were talking to me. They said, "We envy you, disciples in the human world. You have such a rare opportunity, but we are so sorry for those practitioners who are not diligent."

When looking at Master in front and the sentient beings facing Master I understood that between Master and I, and between those sentient beings in front and Master, are countless levels. The "density" ( I know of no proper word to describe this.) of the dimension where Master stays is very high. My being could not bear such "density." I felt that if I entered that dimension, my life would be dissolved. Master is so compassionate that in order to let me see his Fa-image, he designed a round cover that covered me and brought me to his front side.

IV. The Gong of Disciples who Come Forward to Participate in the Fa-Rectification Grows so Fast!

After July 20, 1999, Falun Dafa was persecuted. Dafa disciples around me came forward to take part in safeguarding the Fa and the Fa-rectification. Some of them went to Beijing to appeal, some told the truth to human beings, and some held experience-sharing conferences secretly. Some practitioners were arrested, beaten, sent to the jail, sent to forced labor camps, and unjustly punished. I found that with all these practitioners who came forward to validate the Fa that their Gong grew very fast! Their Gong columns flew straight up, and many galaxies were broken through. The speed was even many times faster than usual at home. I saw Master cared about detained Dafa disciples and those who were arrested. When I visited those practitioners in jail in the visitation rooms, Master's fashen were always sitting at that practitioner's left or right side. If this practitioner were very firm, full of righteous thoughts, saying something very firm, Master would be excited. He even had tears. However, if the practitioner said something that a Dafa disciple should not (i.e., disciple with attachments), Master would shake his head and sigh. If the practitioner obtained wrong understandings because of being influenced too heavily by human thoughts, or say something he should not say, or do something he should not do, Master would not be pleased and would shake his head and depart. Sometimes, I saw Master leave when some practitioners did not pass a test. Other times, however, Master would come back, sit there and wait when a practitioner was given another chance to pass the test. If the practitioner was so deep in a wrong understanding or had stopped cultivating, Master would no longer take care of him. One time I visited a Dafa disciple with other practitioners. We found this practitioner was very firm. After the meeting, when that practitioner was pushed back into the prison cell, at the moment the door was closed, I saw a golden fruit-like thing fall into this practitioner's head from above the door.

V. Studying the Fa is so Important!

Master tells us to study the Fa, study the Fa, and study the Fa in nearly every lecture. So we can tell how important studying the Fa is during cultivation. Through Fa-study, we are able to gain an understanding of higher levels and the Gong manifests itself in such a way as to reflect our understandings at that particular level. I think studying the Fa is very important! When we open Zhuan Falun, we may see many symbols fly out from the page opened. The color of symbol is related to a practitioners' level. The color is finer, milder and softer for higher levels. The color is not so beautiful for lower levels. I found when we Dafa disciples cultivate to a certain level, a bright dot on the chest (about 1 inch above the heart) near the back will appear in the body in other dimensions. When we study the Fa, symbols entering the body gather around this bright dot. Then the bright dot glows brighter and denser, becoming more exquisite. At last, it becomes, what I call, an oval "energy cluster." (I don't know what else to call it.) I saw the practitioners around me nearly all have such an energy cluster, some as big as a chicken, duck, or goose egg. The size of the energy cluster is related directly to the quantity and quality of studying the Fa. The energy cluster looks yellow, bright and clear, spreading a brilliant ray that is indescribable. It is really our practitioners' priceless treasure.

I noticed when we study the Fa, if we could not focus while reading the book but were thinking about other things, then the color of the symbol entering the body is not pure, but tinted with gray. Over a prolonged period of time, from these gray symbols in the energy cluster, black precipitation at the bottom of the energy cluster will emerge. I do not know how to clean such black matter. I think that, maybe, when the energy cluster grows, you can clean it by studying the Fa.

VI. The Power of Sending Righteous Thoughts is Tremendous.

Master said, "All matter, including the human body, exists simultaneously within dimensional levels of the cosmic space." (From: "The Issue of the Celestial Eye," Lecture Two, Zhuan Falun). I did not quite understand it before. Once, when I was doing the sitting meditation, I observed my body via tianmu. I found the body in our dimension is enveloped by countless "small me's", who look identical to me. I entered into one of the small "me's" at random and I discovered more countless still smaller "me's" within this "small me". Again, I entered one such "smaller me", and I found he was enveloped by still other countless, even smaller "me's". Continuing in a similar fashion, I could not reach the end. Countless such smaller "me's" and even smaller "me's"…formed my body. They relate to my body but still have their own form of existence, and relate to the dimensions of atom, neutron, neutrinos and microscopic levels of the cosmos.

Once, when I was sending righteous thoughts, I suddenly discovered every level of me was sending righteous thoughts with me. They queue up from unformed, young to old (i.e., the second one is a bit older than the first one, the third one is a bit older than the second one, and so on). I cannot see the end. From the image of me at seven to eight years old, (I obtained the Fa at seven to eight years old), then older and older, some in my current image, some even older. There are golden bands on their heads. In the center of the golden band is mounted an oval ruby like thing in the position of my tianmu. The first "me" wore a big ruby as big as a duck egg. The second "me" wore a green gem like a goose egg. The third "me" wore a yellow gem the size of an egg. The color, energy power, and degree of exquisiteness of the gems were arranged from weak to strong. The corresponding dimensions of the "row of me's" were from shallow dimension to deep, from macroscopic to microscopic. When I send forth righteous thoughts, pronouncing the verse silently, "Fa Zhen Qian Kun, Xie E Quan Mie", they all recite at the same time, with clear and delightful strong energy sound. So, that is why the power of sending forth righteous thoughts is tremendous. When I send in this dimension made up of molecules, it is being sent in parallel dimensions of atoms, protons, neutrinos. Together, we eliminate the evil force in the three realms and other dimensions. I found they are all controlled by the main consciousness. If we don't focus and make a mistake in the verse, they all make the mistake too. So, we need to pay attention to these things; the main consciousness must be clear-headed, and we must focus our attention during sending righteous thoughts.

What I have reported is limited by my cultivation level and is only how Dafa manifests at a level I can see. It is for reference only.

The higher the level you have the more you can see, that´s the theory. The fewer worldly attachments and notions the higher level you can reach.

Most people loose it in modern society due to the current climate of ego-drive, materialism, porn, drugs, alcohol etc etc. As soon as people indulge in bad behaviors and form worldly attachments and bad notions they are bound to loose their supernormal abilities.

Hence small kids and old people with few attachments to this world have stronger abilities.

One can gain back the abilities but you must suffer and gain back the lost virtue to get the ability back. In meditation you have the best chance of seeing other dimensions I believe.

I disagree to this statement but i do believe that this belief is put out on Extremely- dont need to know- basis. for the enactment that evil wont pocess these abilitys but i have to admit just because you do thesea("Bad") things dosnt mean your attached to them. I agree on the last part, its irritating at times, and easy at other times.

I must say this: The pineal gland is activated anytime you experience a vivid thought (though not very). The ability to think becomes stronger and understanding is reached sooner when The Third Eye is opened and resonating (actively secreting at a hypernormal rate). The Third Eye chakra however and the physical third eye require separate frequencies to activate.

Now to truly understand any of this you must first concede to Hawking's string theory which states that all matter are a pure energy strand warbling and only appearing to be physical but are truly a plasmic or ether type phenomena called a string.

Your thoughts are also energy, charged with the information they carry, they are bound together as thoughts and cannot cease to be thoughts. Your thoughts collectively are referred to as your mind. Your mind, is not just the collection of your thoughts. It is also you, the thinker, yes?

Energy can affect other energy, plain and simple. So if you want your mind to perceive 11 dimensions it IS POSSIBLE (with the third eye, in fact you can use it to do an MRI on someone if you wish,probably. Seeing energy/polarity).

Time (one of these aforementioned dimensions we live in and experience) does not actually exist. We live in a cosmic flash, an explosion. Our perception of time is experienced subjectively to when in the explosion we are born.

The 'Third Eye' is the gland located between the fossa and the spine. It looks down at the cerebellum which has as much nerve area as the other part. There is a segment between the pineal gland and the visual cortex. It can 'visualize' two areas.

The Third Eye is also located near the junction of the optic nerves. Imagine being someone at the helm of a being like a human. Right there at the helm seeing all. The God of Operations.

Here is a recent story from a Dafa kid with third eye open at a high level(things seem to advance..):

(Clearwisdom.net) While doing the sitting meditation exercise, a young practitioner, Xiao Qi, saw the battle between good and evil in another dimension:

"Dafa disciples appeared as divine beings and fairies. Some sat on lotus flowers, others rode on flying dragons. The energy emitted by Dafa disciples gathered into a huge ball of light. If Dafa disciples were not focused on sending righteous thoughts and had random thoughts, then the light emitted would be very weak and the ball of light would become smaller. Consequently, the evil was not eliminated. Instead, the evil would mock them and say: 'Are you a Dafa disciple?' If the disciple instantly adjusted his state of mind and concentrated on sending righteous thoughts, then the light emitted would become very strong and the ball of light would expand a little. When the whole body of Dafa disciples send very strong righteous thoughts, the huge ball of light would move down closer to the earth. Currently, it is very close to Earth. If Dafa disciples do not do well as one body, the huge ball will not move down, and it will be farther away from earth. When this ball reaches the earth, it will be the beginning of the Fa's rectification of the human world.

"Those whom Dafa disciples should have saved through clarifying the truth but were not saved, looked at Dafa disciples with hatred in their eyes at the end of Fa-rectification. The disciples were also very sad and cried, 'We are sorry!'

"When Dafa disciples clarify the truth, those who remember the words, 'Falun Dafa is good, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good,' are able to go to the other side of a golden wall. It is very beautiful on the other side. However, those who do not know the truth will not get through even if they try to push through the wall."

Dafa disciples must be clear minded. They must eliminate the evil with righteous thoughts, break through interferences, send righteous thoughts, and do well in saving sentient beings!

Each system of the body is a thinking part of the body. Dexterity in typing is thinking fingers. There is a dexterity in any process. Any organ or part or structure in the body can cause visualization. Visualization is not only with what the eye sees, but more. Close your eyes and what do you see?

At the end of your busy day, you can close your eyes and go through your day from beginning to end if you are so inclined. If you walk through a forest with flowers and animals and scenery, you can sit at the end of the day and go into that scenery and enjoy the flowers and the animals and the scenery as if you were there. And also whatever you have the knowledge to create. And the most amazing thing is, you can go to Hiroshima, Japan whenever they dropped the bomb and save the lives of millions by catching that bomb and gently placing it on the ground.
