Pseudo Intellectual Posted June 1, 2010 #126 Share Posted June 1, 2010 (edited) I am sure that the people on those boats are not Jew-haters. But there is always a chance of a small group within. As for Israel, it is unexplainable how they go to p*** of Turkey, a friend. I would be very coutios. Turkey is not led by nutjobs. When they promise something they do it. I have posted a video showing outright hatred of Jews on the ships. And these people are known supporters of the Jew-hating terrorist group Hamas. Ryinrea Posted June 1, 2010 Author #127 Share Posted June 1, 2010 The wikipedia page is a good summary of the incident. The raid was legal. Also, IDF forces first used paintball guns The raid wasn't legal, and so how would they now they were paintball guns. And don't make me laugh that was on of the most biased things I have ever heard. It has even stated it was in International waters, so basically it was illegal

Was it really an out right hatred of jews or just some people defending there ship? Edited June 1, 2010 by The Silver Thong

danielost Posted June 1, 2010 #130 Share Posted June 1, 2010 i just heard on fox news, and we should have thought about this as well. if isreal had waited for these ships to cross into the 20 mile national waters. they would then have had to deal with and probable sink pleasure and fishing boats that would have gone out and tried to escort these ships in. then you isreal haters would really be throwing a fit. also i heard that they started out using paint ball guns. Why do people use the term or words of such, hate as jew haters or Israel haters when talking about an international conflict. Seems the same people want to equate the Israel issue the same as the North Korea issue. Strange but they seem to have the same yet different results. I guess it depends on who one conciders just and good in the eye's of god. North Korea bad for sinking a boat but good for Israel for bording a boat and killing people. I think some allies better be looked at closer than some. Israel being one of them as they seem to think they can do no wrong. Thats not right but I find that arrogance in many nations that have the "bomb"

The boats could not be run over thats why helicopters were used the boats that were boarded couldnt have been. but what about the speed boats that would have been sent out to try and protect these ships if they had come within the 20 mile radius that everyone is screaming about. and if you shoot a police officer in the face for breaking into your house, you know what's going to happen as well as me. in this case, isreal was operating as a police officer with gaza under house arrest. Ok then, but I thought the second amendment protected you from false arrest and seizure of properties conducted under such action. Hence your second amendment. You have the right to defend yourself and if the police have entered your home illegally you do have the right to fight back right. After all the second amendment was made to protect you from a corupt government was it not? "JERUSALEM, Sept. 21 -- Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert resigned Sunday, brought low by a string of corruption probes, while Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni struggled to assemble a coalition that would allow her to succeed him without facing new elections." And what's the point of the Olmert quote? I was pointing out the hipocrisy of the aid boat being attacked in intenational waters and equating that to Americas second amendment to have weapons for self defense, you know in order to protect oneself from attack. As far as the Olmert quote I was making reference to just how well democracy in a capitalistic society works when war is ones main income works Edited June 1, 2010 by The Silver Thong

Do you not understand what International waters mean? Defining the lawA piracy attack is an attack against a vessel that happens in international waters. However, attacks that happen inside territorial waters, which are normally 12 nautical miles from the coast, are deemed as acts of robbery.BBC Story It does matter, if this was done in international law.
