I think that just as Bushes' motivation for going to war needs to be examined, so do the other leaders reasons for not supporting the war. Financial gain is a factor to us in the war as well(Ask haliburton, and consider future oil price guarantees from the country...), if their financial gain was an undue deciding factor in their decisions, then they too should face scrutiny over the matter. same goes for Bush... In my opinion though it is a bigger problem to go to war for financial gain, than to not go to war for financial gain... We will have to see how these things shake out as time goes on...
